New guide
When I try to make a new guide it seems to be lock out. Every other command like hide guides, lock guides, etc work. The only one that doesn't work is make guides.

This option is enabled only when you select an object. If this doesn’t solve your problem, then please get in touch with us at any of the other support channels – https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html . Since this is not a generic issue that we can reproduce at our end, we will need someone to look into your machine to figure out what is going on here
