Mysterious Panel on Startup
Running MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6 (17G5019), and Adobe Illustrator CC 23.0.2
On startup I expect to have the last used workspace but I get this seemingly empty UI panel.

Since this is not a generic issue that we can reproduce at our end, we will need someone to look into your machine to figure out what is going on here.

ps. everything seems to work fine, and i can close the panel and keep working. Just bugging me is all.
