Save not working

I am beyond frustrated! fix your freaking save function!!!!!!!!!!

Working at a professional shop where time is a high priority I don't need to spend 5 minutes making changes only to find out in the RIP that the changes didn't work and I have to go back several times over making the same changes again and again!

If I could throw this POS software in the ocean I WOULD

    Are you by chance editing a PDF in illustrator, saving, then not seeing the changes in the RIP?
