It's 2022. Can we get some glaring, long standing bugs fixed please?
There are long standing user requests for all of these:
'Export for Screens' still adds extra pixels on exports unless the artboards are placed to exact pixels
Artboards can't be moved to snap to exact pixels, meaning if you move artboards you probably have to manually remove any decimal places in the artboard position, or else Illustrator will add extra pixels on export...
Smart Guides show up when creating or moving artboards, but don't actually work because creating or moving Artboards doesn't snap
Artboard names will randomly revert back to old names
In the Export for Screens dialog box, Artboard names sometimes show older versions of the artboard name.
Smart Guides are still a mess. Items snap to the wrong objects, there's no clear definition of what's being snapped to.
We STILL don't have 'Reveal in Explorer/Finder' in the links panel, despite this being under review since 2017 and an obvious feature for Illustrator
The 'Export for Screens' panel doesn't allow you to change compression settings or create custom presets

Thank you Egor. Uservoice is not ideal for tracking bugs, but you have to work with what you have in front of you. It feels like anything I enter just vanishes into nowhere, especially if it is getting no 'votes'. As someone else has commented before - it shouldn't matter. A bug is a bug.
I will enter new bugs with videos attached for the issues you had questions about. I trust you will find them.
Thanks again! -
Stephan, by 'mitigated' I meant the issue with the Paste in Place, not the command itself. If you open both links I provided about it, you’ll see one asks for the customizable color for the border, the other one is about the weight of the border, which is too thin on modern monitors. More control means less errors here.
Artboards are afterthought, that’s true, no secret here. CS4 made it so much easier for me! Slices never kept up with printing tasks I had. But it was a pretty solid work done with the integration. Some issues still remain.
Ability to repeat transformation for artboards? There is a separate request: https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657-illustrator-desktop-feature-requests/suggestions/38417536-ability-to-duplicate-artboards-with-cmd-d (please vote, it has only 5 votes!)
Hidden guides get moved when you move an artboard? Never heard of it. Can you record the video of this and post as a separate bug report? Please also check the 'Move Locked and Hidden Artwork with Artboard' in Preferences > Selection & Anchor Display (it makes no difference for me though). I also checked global lock/hide for guides and tried to manually lock and hide them — no difference.
Also I don’t get any messages about copying an invisible objects when I copy artboards. Can you demonstrate, please?
As for 'idea' — well, it’s UserVoice’s limitation. They treat everything as an idea, although the branches are called 'bugfixes' and 'feature requests'. It can’t be changed. Please treat it as 'an idea of fixing a bug' :)
Again, thanks for comments.

Thanks Egor for your comments. Just a couple of replies:-
Paste in place should not be 'mitigated'! It should work as one would expect. Or, at leat there should be an option to work either way.
Artboards feel like an afterthought. I generally like them. I also like the workflow as compared to slices, which we had before. I wear the hat of an icon designer a lot of times and I am dealing with hundreds of artboards. I want to be able to hit ctr-D to repeat the last duplicating command, like I can with objects. I don't want invisible guides to be moved along with the artboard. I don't want a message telling me that invisible objects will not be copied when I copy an artboard to clipboard EVERY SINGLE TIME!Why is this listed as an 'idea'? It's not an idea. That is a terrible euphemism. It's a complaint.

Some of these issues are known (and pretty annoying), some have their own entries (I am listing these below), but some I have questions about.
For example, 'Artboards can't be moved to snap to exact pixels' — this is not true at all for me. They don’t snap only when there are no snapping options enabled, like Snap to Pixels or Snap to Grid (with proper grid settings). Sure, if I want snap something to Pixels/Grid, I enable one! Does it work for you? Sure, if these are off, Ai should not snap artboards to anything, because some workflows demand fractional coordinates.
So please tell more about it.
Also, I have no problems snapping artboards with Smart Guides.Extra pixel bug — https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/601447-illustrator-desktop-bugs/suggestions/37694659-extra-pixel-added-to-image-size-when-exported

Related issues: the number in names counter which does not get reset — https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657-illustrator-feature-requests/suggestions/32403832-add-ability-to-rebind-artboard-names-to-their-numb, and the infamous number duplication bug — https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/601447/suggestions/39220252Smart Guides is a mess, and several suggestion can help with it:
Smart Guides limited to current artboard — https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657/suggestions/34993648
Disable smart guides to some specific object/layer — https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657/suggestions/45250147
Option for Smart guides to ignore objects outside isolation — https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657/suggestions/38338372Reveal in Explorer should be accessible through the same menu where the Reveal in Bridge command and be accessible to be copied along with the direct opening.
Copying / Pasting in Place is indeed heavily relies on the current artboard. Perhaps it can be slightly mitigated, if the active artboard frame gets made more prominent:
https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657-illustrator-desktop-feature-requests/suggestions/38253112-changing-artboard-frame-colour
or
https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657/suggestions/37898707And yes to all of these comments in general.
Still it’d more helpful to get separate votes and entries for each one, because UV does not allow to split entries, and votes get diluted. Vote and comment everybody, it helps! -

Add to the LONGSTANDING bug list: Copying and pasting in place will NOT PASTE IN PLACE but paste in place on the last visited artboard, which is ultra-annoying and irks me every day.
Add to the list that smooth scrolling does not work in pixel preview.
Add to the list that we still have no @2x pixel preview.
Holding alt while hitting enter will not duplicate and move an object about 30 minutes into a session. Needs restart to resume working.
But we get awesome new 3D effects. IN A 2D GRAPHICS APP!!!!! If I want 3D I use CAD!
