Mouse cursor disappears on Windows 11 Insider Preview
I opened Illustrator to work on a project and my mouse cursor disappears when I am in the workspace. I can't seem to get it back. It is just an illustrator issue since I can see my cursor fine in other programs.
We confirm that these issues have been found fixed in Windows Insider update 26085.1. Please upgrade your Windows to this version or above.

I also have this problem with CC InDesign and Illustrator - since yesterday morning (both are up to date versions). The problem also exists with InDesign Beta. Photoshop is fine though.
As bugs go it’s hard to think of one more catastrophic - it’s rendered the two programmes completely unusable.
I've tried everything possible – inc. reinstalling the whole of CC.
I've highlighted the area over which the mouse disappears in the attachment.
Windows Build: 11 Pro Insider Preview 26080.ge_release.24308-1400.

I have exactly the same issue in Windows 11, rendering Illustrator COMPLETELY IUSELESS!!
The cursor only appears on toolbars and panels. I've reset preferences and still no joy. It's also worth noting that this bug is also present in the Beta version of Illy.
Remind me why we pay such exorbitant prices for such awful and bug-ridden software??
WIndows Build: 11 Pro Insider Preview 26080.ge_release.24308-1400. Certainly not prepared to roll back for this (I'd rather cancel my CC subscription)

After the last update of Windows, my cursor disappeared, it appears in the panels, but it disappears when I get to the worksheet.

I can confirm that this occurs when putting the cursor over the canvas area (which includes that area outside of the actual canvas). When you bring your cursor over menus and panels, the cursor re-appears.
I tried to screen capture an animation of this and while recording my screen, the cursor appears in the recording, but still not visible to me. This appears to be related to Windows 11 Inside Build 26080.1. Rolling back from that version has restored the issue.

Restoring Windows 11 to 240216-1326 release fixes the problem.

I have the same issue since the last Windows Update. Windows 11 Family 26080.1100 (insider program). Toggle View on CPU change nothing for me. The cursor disappears only into canvas and background (see printscreen), on toolbox I see the cursor.

Can users experiencing this confirm if they are using this build of Windows 11?

The view/cpu or view on gpu options did not change the result.
The mouse appears on the toolbox. disappears on the canvas.
I haven't been able to solve the problem yet. In order to do my current work, I turned on the mouse pointer from Windows settings. It seems very strange but I have to keep working until the problem is solved. -

Cursor reappears when hovering over dialogue box such as ctrl + K

In this thread this has been associated with a recent Windows upgrade: https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-discussions/illustrator-mouse-missing-on-artboard-page/m-p/14490717#M401109

Yes, it is. It still shows up when I hover over the toolbars. It just disappears when I work on the canvas.

While using Illustrator for the last month, the mouse was sometimes moving on its own, but today it started to disappear when I dragged it to the work area. I tried these.
1- I completely uninstalled creative cloud and reinstalled it.
2- I installed it from older versions of Illustrator.
3- I talked to Adobe support via chat. It connected to my computer.
4- I cleaned everything with AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.but this problem is not solved. I don't have any problems in Photoshop, but I have this problem in Illustrator.

Ugh... I have no idea what it can be :(
I’d try to start with resetting preferences and reinstalling it if resetting does not help.I wonder, if you open a dialog, say, Preferences (with Ctrl + K hotkey), — will the cursor show up there?

I have lost the mouse pointer. I can still manipulate it, but the mouse pointer is 100% invisible, I can only manipulate it based on the change of the bounding box when hovering over the object.
