29.1.0 'Isolate selected group' menu item missing on right click menu when a nested group is selected.
Illustrator version 29.1.0
Windows 10.0.19045
To replicate:
- Create group that contains a group
- Select group
- Right click the group
- 'Isolate selected group' menu item missing. In its place is the new 'Ungroup all' item.
When the above actions are performed to a group without a nested group, the 'Isolate selected group' menu item appears as it should.
This issue has been fixed and released with Illustrator latest release - 29.2
Please update to latest version from Creative Cloud Desktop.

Jong Min Shin commented Isolate selecting function is very useful for entire work.
But after updated to 2025 version,
I realized it's only working when I was working with a path, not group.
When making group, the function disappears from mouse right click options. Very very inconvenient to use.It should be "isolated selected" not isolate some specific thing.
And I think Adobe doesn't realize this problem.

Please correct this as soon as possible. Thank you.

Katlyn commented Same. I've rolled back to 29.0.1 until this is fixed, since it's a pretty vital part of my daily workflow. (Yes, I know I can double click, but I have that turned off because sometimes I double click unintentionally due to tremors)

commentedIf selecting a group with only single objects in it, I can isolate from the right click context menu. But if the group has other groups nested inside it the Isolate Selection is now missing from the context menu.
