Cannot Save as New File in v30
Using the latest version of Adobe Illustrator (2026 version?)
Trying to "save as new" but the save window does not load completely and then button shapes inside disappear and remains in this state. The only thing you can do is close the box.
We have made some fixes in our latest Beta build (30.2.0.45) which should resolve this issue. Please try the Beta builds and let us know if it works for you. Plan is to push this to GA build as an update very soon.

In addition to verifying network configurations and firewall settings, please ensure that the following process on your operation system is allowed to operate unencumbered/not blocked:
Windows: "msedgewebview2.exe"
Mac OS: "<Application name> Web Content" (example: Adobe Illustrator 2026 Web Content, Adobe Photoshop 2026 Web Content, Adobe InDesign 2026 Web Content)Please reach out if the issue persists. We are committed to resolving this issue in a timely manner. Thank you very much!

My name is Connor and I am a software engineer who works on the Open functionality in Illustrator. I have some additional information that may help in resolving the problems you are seeing.
First, I’d like to check your network settings. Our network guidance page was recently updated (please see: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html), and it now says that shared-components.adobe.com must be allowed through all firewalls and DNS filters.
Please confirm or ask your IT Administrator to confirm that this sub-domain is allowed for all Adobe applications used in your organization.Second, please try opening the Asset Browser in a few other Adobe products. We want to know if adobe.com/files loads correctly in your computer’s default web browser (Safari on macOS, Edge on Windows).
Also, please check if the Files tab opens correctly in the Creative Cloud Desktop app.If one or both of these tests fail, it likely means the issue is caused by your network settings.
Any additional details or steps you can provide that leads to this blank screen issue would be extremely hlepful.

Since downloading Illustrator 30.0, when I click on save or save as for a new file, the panel opens but is completely empty. I can't save any new file in AI format (see the attached screenshot)
Only think I can do is save a copy but I can't do it on my Adobe Cloud, only on my desktop.
This update is horrible, illustrator is very laggy, impossible to open any file if I don't turn off Wi-Fi first.
