Freezing entire M1 MacBook Air
I understand there is no beta for Illustrator yet. I was just hoping I could still use the program. I'm on a deadline and it looks like I will have to use someone else's computer. This is a huge problem.

Illustrator crashing on average twice a day
I use illustrator daily for work and currently it's crashing about 2x/day. It's fairly random, but it'll even happen during the night if I leave it running - I'll wake up to the "quit unexpectedly" script. I keep my programs updated and I'm using a 2-month-old macbook pro with 2TB of storage.

Shape are invisible/Glitch
Hi, I use Adobe Illustrator 2021, and my laptop is Mac OS Big Sur. Recently, illustrator bugs often appear. When I drew the shapes/lines with a pen tool, the objects are invisible Or glitch. It suddenly happens, so I had no idea what I can do.
When I zoomed out/in or tried to re-create in a new file, uninstalled and installed the app, I tried everything that I can do, but the result didn’t change.
It’s inconvenient because even I drew all the shapes; after all, it’s invisible to see...I’m not sure what the reason is. Would you help me…1 vote -
Workflow issues
I’m recently using Adobe Illustrator in a MacBook Pro M1 and it’s a huge struggle get things done. Crashes all the time in every move I make... I’m working for hours in something that in normal conditions I would spend 1 hour (maximum).

Generally cumbersome, especially copying and pasting.
Just a horrible program all together. Whatever happened to the Illustrator of days past? I think the program has become SO complex as it has "evolved" that it has become bogged down and quirky. Just to try to copy and paste a whole segment made up of multiple points is irritating. Why can't it paste a section, as opposed to just select segments of an object, when I choose the selection tool to do this. (I know not to use the direct selection tool for this).
It is just SO cumbersome, and without a lot of the commands or nice…

Adobe illustrator slows down on the new M1 Mac and shows the color wheel
When I've opened even unmodified adobe illustrator files, the color wheel freezes my computer often.

It didn't open, there' s a message of unknow error
I just subscribed, installed all the desired programs, including illustrator, and it just won't open, I don't know what's going on, I've reinstalled it about 5 times but the same error appears, I need help.

Memory Error when using alt key to duplicate or pull from libraries
I am using windows 10 on a pc. This is in regards to adobe 2021
When I go to duplicate an object using the alt key, I get an error message saying I do not have enough memory to complete the action. I also can't use the alt key to drag things from my libraries. I do not get this message when I use ctrl C and ctrl V. I also do not get this message if I right-click on the items in my library and place them. It's only when I use the alt key function.

Scale tool not working consistently to resize pattern.
When attempting to scale the pattern within an object, the preview mode and regular screen modes do not reflect the adjustment input. If I close the program and open it back up it sometimes works again. If I play with other settings within the dialogue box is sometimes comes back as well but never consistently.

Art Recolor crashes Illustrator
Using a new MBP 13" M1, and attempting to re-color artwork causes the spinning beach ball which never goes away. Illustrator remains open and non-responsive, and the only resolution is a hard reboot via the power button or command line (force quit doesn't work). Yikes!

Soooooooo slow!!
I've recently subscribed to Adobe Illustrator which is a good system, but using the software slows my computer down to an almost standstill. So much so that I can't use it efficiently. I've tried to cancel but it looks like I have to pay nearly £80 to cancel! I want to use the software but it simply is not compatible with my Mac. I'm using Mac Catalina 10.15.7.

Crashing
Since I updated 20 2021, I have has slow sluggish response and for no reason at all the program locks up and then crashes. Unfortunately I have to recreate all the art that I spent hours working on. Very Frustrated!

Illustrator 25.0(64bit)1.Illustratorで作業をしています。
2.データを確認するため別のアプリに切り替えます。（デスクトップ、Firefox、Excel、Photoshopなど）
3.Illustratorに切り替えます。
4.30秒程度「応答なし」で待たされます。
5.4.は必要ないので大変イライラします。以前はこんなことはなかったのですが、2019あたりから起こるようになった気がします。（はっきり覚えていません）2021で改善されていなかったので投稿しました。
また、「非表示のレイヤを表示する」→「pngで書き出す」→「表示されたレイヤを非表示に戻す」という一連の操作をJavascriptで書いて使っているのですが、このスクリプトを使ったときも同様に、１枚毎に「応答なし」が起きて時間がとてもかかるようになってしまい、困っています。

Typing now takes an hour
Holy ****. Trying to make a type page of my new fonts that I just purchased. First time using AI since the last update. I feel like I was rendering a 100 gig file verses just trying to use the type tool. Don't even get me started on letter spacing, that was a whole other challenge.
When something that should take seconds is now taking multiple minutes with Illustrator constantly freezing or going to a not responding white screen for TYPE.........TYPE! REALLY?

Illustrator crashes when monitor goes to sleep and other
Illustrator crashes when monitor goes to sleep. The program used to run in the 19.0 and the first 20 version in addition to all the versions before that when the computer monitor went to sleep. When the monitor was awoken your work would still be there. With the new updates, this is no longer happens and a crash report is not given. Also when creating a board size in the latest version of illustrator you cannot highlight all of the current dimensions and delete them to put in your custom dimensions like you have been able to in the past.…

Ctrl+Z in Isolation mode makes all objects in the document opaque
Hello!
Has anyone runinto this glitch?
Isolation mode bugs out and turns the entire document, except the specific object, opaque and refuses to let you exit this view though it acts like you have exited isolation mode. It usually happens when I ctrl+Z after entering isolation mode, The document also saves like this, which is a major pain for colour work. Copy and pasting the elements rights them to be not opaque.

Illustrator CC crashes when I open it. Does not generate error report.
When I open a new Illustrator file it'll generate with a few solid black rectangles at random positions on the screen. After scrolling they go away. Then I will use Illustrator normally for about 5 minutes and then numerous pop up in numerous sizes then the program crashes and does not generate an error report.
I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling version 24.3 and 25 respectively.
I have tried deleting cache and resetting scratch disks.
I have delete the opm.db file, and cleared preferences.
I am using a desktop that has:
500 GB SSD (where all adobe programs are installed)

Zoom on drag, not after
Zooming involves pressing the command key and the space bar, and then clicking and dragging the mouse. The speed and duration of the drag is replicated in the zoom on screen. Or so it used to be.
All of a sudden now, when I click, instead it draws a box, the contents of which then fill my monitor — but only when I release it.
It used to zoom in on the mouse drag - but now it waits until I’ve completed the box. How do I toggle back to the previous settings?1 voteThe 'marquee' way of zooming is the way it worked before GPU rendering was introduced.
So it works only in GPU mode — check it you have enabled in View > GPU Preview.
Plus you should check if Animated Zoom option is enabled in Preferences > Performance section.

Illustrator 25 super slow save & crash on deleting FX
It's taking a long amount of time to save even a small file.
Everytime I try to delete an effect (so far any I have tried from the effects menu), the program crashes.
Illustrator lags/freezes between each operation.
Windows 10 Education
Intel i7-7700 CPU 3.60GHz
32 GB RAM
