  1. Text to Vector Graphic (Beta) Fails

    Every time I try to generate an icon using the "Text to Vector Graphic (Beta)" feature in Illustrator (vs 28.0), it fails. I verified I was not using the BETA version of the application, checked to see if updates were needed, and restarted the application multiple times.

    This feature seems amazing and useful but still needs updates.

    For some weird unknown reason Adobe decided to NOT include the 'Text to Vector Graphic (Beta)' function to Illustrator Beta. You have to install the actual current release to access it.

    It makes zero sense, but this is how it is done, We had the similar problem with Generative Recolor before, and now it’s the same thing again.

    Image Trace accuracy has severely deteriorated in the update from 27.0 to 27.1.

    図形などを作成する場合、ガイドラインに合わせてスナップガイドを使い合わせていますが、許容範囲設定関係なく、ポイントにスナップしません。2022では正確にポイントにスナップしてくれました。対処方法または改善を求めます。

  10. Vector generation does poor job of understanding prompts

    Vector generation is horrible at parsing prompts, frequently ignoring entire concepts contained in a multi-themed prompt. For example, "cute robot detective" completely ignores the "detective" portion of the prompt, instead churning out endless variations of standard looking robots. It appears that creativity based on combining concepts is not within the AI's abilities, but is exactly what artists regularly require.

  11. Illustrator web is not working on ChromeOS

    Illustrator Web (http://preview.illustrator.adobe.com/) is not working on the Chrome Browser on ChromeOS (version 119.0.6045.192). User is directed to the error page showing Unsupported Browser message when the user clicks Quick Start, or Templates or Popular Dimensions or Upload a file. Please see attached screen for the reference.

  14. Request to Unflag "Hemp" in Generative Feature

    The word "hemp" is currently flagged in the generative feature, hindering my design workflow. Hemp is widely used in various legal industries, and I kindly request you to reconsider unflagging this term to support legitimate hemp businesses like mine.

  15. Renaming a swatch group makes a duplicate group

    When I rename a swatch group on Color Guide interface, it automatically duplicates the color group even though no alteration took place to the included color swatches themselves. I don't want that! I just simply need a way to rename each color group just like each swatch.
    The only workaround of this bug is to rename a group without duplication is to select all the in-group swatches and make another group under a new name. Then, delete the emptied previous group. What an ungraceful user experience...

  16. Mockup feature is not working/active when I try to use an image as a decal

    I have downloaded the Beta version of Adobe Illustrator. The mockup feature/make-button is "not active" and I can´t find out why... What can I do to fix this?

    Note: I have tried using regular jpg and Ai logo on top.

  17. Display is solid red first thing each day!

    When I open an AI (Beta) file for the first time each day, the entire screen is solid red. I have to close and reopen the program to get rid of the issue.

  18. Illustrator Artboard Background is not Aligned with Artboard Frame

    Even when I zoom in or out it looks off.
    I wanted to create a favicon for 16 px and the logo was curvy. So, the alignment tool would make it mathematically correct but it would look not aligned correctly. I wanted to use my eyes to look more balanced. Now I'm more confused.
