Please update Illustrator using Adobe Creative Cloud application to the latest prerelease build from prerelease section

The workaround for this is to update to the latest build, 25.3.1, which doesn't contain Bridge related changes for Mac ARM — that's why this error is happening.

ブラシに関しても同様の挙動となります。どうもkata1963さんの指摘の様に名称を認識する際にスペースをデリミタとして適用してしまうようですね。

これ、多分パターン名に関連する問題です。パターンを作成した時にデフォルトのままにせずに名前を付けてあげてください。回避できます。

macOS10.15.6再現手順
１．アートボード上にアートワークを用意する。
２．ファイルメニュより「書き出し＞書き出し形式」を選択しオプションのTIFFファイルを選択する。
３．書き出されたTIFFファイルをPhotoshopで開くとレイヤー名が文字化けしている。結果
TIFFファイルのレイヤー名が文字化けしている。期待する結果
TIFFファイルのレイヤー名がver.25.2.3での結果のように正常に出力される。これは大勢に影響のない問題ですが、一連のUnicodeテキストの取り扱いに関する不具合だと考えられます。
書き出されたTIFFファイルのイメージリソースブロック中の8BIMシグネチャ（TIFFファイルはリトルエンディアンですからファイル内のバイト順序は逆転してMIB8で保持されています）の関連する識別子が２つあります。このうちnormがシフトJISコードでビッグエンディアンにて記述されます。もうひとつのluniはUnicodeでリトルエンディアンで記述されるのが本来の状態です。このluniの方が文字化けを起こす要因です。しかし、どの様な変換エラーなのかまでは把握できませんでした。以下は不具合が生じている部分の抜粋です。いずれもファイル名は「テスト-1.tif」としています。ver.25.2.3による出力
C630 B930 C830 2D00 3100ver.25.3.1での出力
C900 6500 C900 5800 C900 6700 2D00 3100※各文字コードはリトルエンディアンですからUnicodeLTとなります。
※最新版のPhotoshopはmormの方を正しく出力出来ないバグが存在します。Ten_A

楕円シェイプとその他の図形が同時に選択されている状態で回転をかけると変形パネルのHが異常な数値となる。
環境
macOS10.15.6 Illustrator ver.25.2.3再現手順：
1. 楕円シェイプとその他の図形を描き全てを選択する。
2. 回転ツール又は変形パネル等を利用して選択範囲を任意の角度に回転する。
3. 変形パネル上のHの数値が選択範囲の正常な高さを示さない。期待する結果
変形パネルの高さの項目が選択範囲の高さを正常に表示する。実際の結果
変形パネルの高さの項目が選択範囲の高さを正常に拾わない。とりあえずの対処法ですが、シェイプを拡張することにより通常のpathItemとすると意図した数値が得られるようになります。

81 votesAccording to Abhishek Rao here, disabling 'Export in Background' in Preferences > File Handling helps to workaround the problem (until the actual fix). Make sure you enable 'Art Optimized (Supersampling)' as an anti-aliasing option in Export for Screens settings as well.

Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

これは仕様でしょう。Illustratorがブレンド軸を認識する場合パスの一番最初のアンカーポイントから一番最後のアンカーポイントを利用します。クローズドパスの場合、最初のアンカーポイントと最後のアンカーポイントは重複しません。この最初と最後が閉じて閉図形となるかどうかは当該図形のclosedプロパティが真であるかどうかで決まります。よって1/4埋まらないというよりは最初のアンカーポイントから最後のアンカーポイントまでしかブレンド軸に使われないという状態になります。
これを回避するには閉図形の開始点としたいアンカーポイントではさみツールで切ってしまえばよいのです。そうすると閉図形はそのアンカーポイントの部分で開かれたものとなり意図したブレンド軸として利用可能になります。
