I previously reported that
resizing, undoing, and redoing at unique reference points would cause this kind of problem. It was fixed a few years ago.
I never imagined that just slightly changing the procedure would cause such a hassle again... -

While Ai now allows to get this disabled in Preferences > General, with the "Show 'Print Bleed' generative AI button on Bleed", I personally don’t think it’s a full solution (and won’t close the request).
I think Ai should allow to disable this right there, from this icon, and should not force us to hunt the option in the closet.
I also suggest upvoting this request —
An ability to disable Text to Vector Graphic feature and any other generative options

An error occurred while saving the comment I have posted about the inner paths being open paths in “Outline Stroke”.
It seems to be due to almost the same cause, but this one does not occur with objects created with the shape tools, such as rectangle and oval.An error occurred while saving the comment Tried versions: 27.9.6 and 29.5.1 macOS 14.7.5
Reproduction Procedure:
1. Create a close path in a new document with the Pen tool.
2. Change the position of the Stroke (Align to inside/outside).
3. Execute the menu command “Outline Stroke”
4. The inside of the created compound path becomes an open path.Ideal Results
All “Outline Stroke” results should be close paths.The attached figure shows the path at the starting point slightly moved after “Outline Stroke” was executed for confirmation.

2. 線の位置を変更（内側/外側に揃える）
3. メニューコマンド「パスのアウトライン」を実行
4. 作成された複合パスの内側がオープンパスになってしまう理想の結果
“パスのアウトライン”の実行結果はすべてクローズパスであること．添付図は“パスのアウトライン”実行後に，確認のため始点のパスを少し動かしてみた状態．

ご報告いただいた内容を検証した結果、以下の現象を確認いたしました。
- 環境設定の「プレビュー境界を使用」が有効の場合、特定の効果が適用されているポイントテキストオブジェクトを変形パネルの幅（高さ）サイズフィールドで縦横比固定でリサイズすると、文字が正しくリサイズされない。
- 文字パネルのフォントサイズでリサイズする場合は、正しく演算される。
- 環境設定の「プレビュー境界を使用」が無効の場合は、特に問題は発生しない。
これは、以前のバージョンでも同じ現象が確認できました。
修正などの開発の進捗がありましたら、こちらで報告いたします。
