  1. I would like to use the old extrude and bevel feature

    the new 3D & Materials feature does not have the same little cube you could manually adjust the perspective on, and instead it is much more tedious having to enter the numbers

    I also found it easier to get out a vector version rather than the image it likes to output now

  2. 「ガイドにスナップ」を追加して欲しい

    階層が複雑なデータを作っているときに「ポイントにスナップ」では自分の意図していない部分にスナップすることがあります。

    「ガイドにスナップ」を追加してガイドだけにスナップする様に出来ませんでしょうか。

  3. Sharing a Batch of Files for Feedback & Review

    The new 2022 features include the ability to share a single document and get feedback within the CC software from other contributors on any internet browser. Please add the ability for users to share multiple files at a single time. I need to be able to send a batch of files for review.

  4. Autogenerate designs with Adobe Sensei?

    What if Illustrator had the ability to autogenerate versions of a design using Adobe Sensei technology? Imagine that you are going to design several banners of the same design in different sizes. Instead of designing each individual banner, one could simply click on a button that auto-generates versions in all the different sizes needed. This will help streamline the design process and eliminate time-consuming manual tasks.

  5. ダイレクト選択ツールについて

    ダイレクト選択ツールでオブジェクトの上からアンカーポイント以外からドラッグでアンカーポイントを選択したいのですが、オブジェクトが移動してしまうので使いにくいです。移動しないようにしていただきたいです

  6. Get position of center point of a pathItem, group and so on

    Unfortunately there is no command in Javascript for Illustrator that allows you to read the position (x,y) of the centre of an object. This would be very helpful for many operations such as rotation and movement via Javascript.
    For polygons that have their own centre point, like the triangle (3 sided polygon) this would have to be considered.

    Suggestion:

  7. Allow assignable shortcut key for "Convert selected anchor points to smooth (and corner)" action

    Would like to assign a shortcut key for both "Convert selected anchor points to smooth" and "Convert selected anchor points to corner" actions, similar to pressing available button when an anchor is selected.

  8. Data feature within illustrator

    It is possible to merge data from excel, but it would also be a fantastic feature to have an excel feature within illustrator. You can fill a table with datasets and link the data to elements multiple times in different artboards. To change an element everywhere you just need to change it in the table (like objects, but only the data). So several different text boxes and different links to imported images can be edited at once. Would be a great feature for all different sizes for Social Media posts.   9. Artboards workflow could do with some streamlining.

    So artboards in AI have been around for a while now, but the current workflow is pretty limited and at times frustrating.

    There are 2 really big things that could do with improvement.

    1 - The biggest issue I have is that there is no keyboard shortcuts to make a new artboard.

    Why do I have to move my mouse over to the artboard panel and click the add artboard button.

    This is way to long winded every time you want to add a new artbaord.

    2 - When adding a new artboard it does not conform to the column…

  11. Create PDF Compatible File - Stroke not outlined

    When saving an Illustrator file with Create PDF Compatible turned on, would it be possible to have the stroke of the text live, the same as you keep the text live. Not outlined.

  12. Ask user before updating links (AI 26.0.1)

    When opening a file containing linked images that have been revised AI will automatically update images without any alert.

    This is pretty dangerous for anyone working with a team or refer/update old projects.

    Would love to have it ask me first or at least tell me which links were updated. Something to create awareness that things have changed since it was last opened.

  13. Real Isolation Mode

    We need a Real Isolate Like in 3D Apps.(3DS Max - C4d )
    I mean that when I select an object /s (better with a toggle shortcut key) I can only see it/them. and when I exit Isolation it turns to the main Scene
    no need to create unneeded layers for a simple function
    Please make this happen.

    I am told I am the only one ever to have this problem in adobe illustrator. But the tool " pointer " is sticking, I am unable to use it. The hand grab tool is on. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. I can't do projects or lessons unless it is fixed. It is important to me because I am in class to learn Illustrator and I cannot go any further unless it works.   15. Add 'Paint Brush Mode' to highlight and actually select multiple objects or groups in Layers panel

    Add functionality like the view (eyeball ) icon cursor- as you drag down the list in the selection column of the layers menu, the cursor goes into "paint brush" mode and continues to select or deselect items. Also add "Select all objects and groups on highlighted layers or sub layers" to the dropdown function menu.

  16. Add Fit to Artboard option to Rectangle Tool

    In the current situation, enter the size of the Rectangle by writing numbers or drawing it manually

    My suggestion is to add a feature inside the Rectangle box (Fit to artboard)

    I think this feature will save a lot of time

  17. Save as pdf (range) without ALL canvases being saved in the background

    When I save a range from a multiple-canvas Illustrator document, the pdf in Acrobat shows only the range requested, but when opening the pdf back into Illustrator, ALL canvases from the original document are in the document.

    Example (see also screenshots):
    I have a simple Illustrator document with 72 canvases. When I save ONE canvas from that document (Save as PDF, range X, Press quality), the pdf it creates shows to have only one page, but the file size of the pdf is 20+Mb, which for this simple work is exorbitantly high.   18. Improved links panel (with Relink All)

    Improved links panel. List all instances of a linked image under one 'primary' link, append the filename with " (xx instances) ". Use a chevron that points right to indicate that there are multiple instances under the "primary" one shown in the list. Clicking the chevron makes the chevron point down, and displays the list of all instances.

    Clicking to select the "main" instance and clicking the re-link button should allow the user to replace all instances of the same image. Allow the user to expand the list downward as described above and select a single, or multiple instances to…

  19. export for screens - file name as prefix option

    Add a checkbox to allow the current file name to be used as the prefix in the export for screens dialogue, similar to the functionality in InDesign.

    Currently you need to manually copy/paste the filename into the prefix box.

    Also if the prefix box could be made larger that would be great - it only has room for approx. 10 characters at the moment, and naming conventions mean that our filenames are often much longer than that.

  20. Save as PDF with multiple artboards is slow

    Just had an long trail/error chat with you. We found the problem and thats why i post it here:

    When having a illustator file with 1 image and 4 artboards. (segments of the image). We print & mount the 4 artboards it to make a complete wall vinyl graphics.

    When i Save as PDF the export will take lets say 4 minutes. (it very depends on what image is used) but when i merge all artboards to 1 artboard it saves in 1 minute. So it means that per artboard the export time is multipled by number of artboards.
