High Sierra (macOS 10.13) GPU rendering issues with RGB document - Intel Graphics
Illustrator 21.1.0 has issues with GPU rendering in the latest High Sierra public betas:
Paths will appear jagged and generally do not display correctly.
Altering the zoom level affects these artefacts.
Switching off GPU rendering altogether fixes the issue but this way, performance is obviously affected.
Additional Note: Works correctly in CMYK document.
the issue has been resolved by Appple in macOSX 10.13.4
Please upgrade to resolve the issue

I turned the GPU off and I'm still having glitches. It's very annoying. I have to close program and restart it constantly to work around it.
Things are moving around I'm not working on especially in my kerning and the undo short cut is just crazy sometimes. Items sometimes just disappear completely. I don't know what it's doing. Please fix this.

On the newest version of Illustrator I found this issue.
When I draw anything. About 20th time that I draw line start disappearing just on the screen. When you save the photo and look it up it's normal. This really slows down my work even though I'm learning. Any solutions? -

Hi, I'm using a 2016 MacBook Pro with touch bar and Intel Iris Graphics 550. I have experienced the same problems plus also glitched previews when previewing images. This is since the High Sierra update and was not resolved with the 10.13.2 update.

In Illustrator you can change the view mode from GPU Preview to CPU Preview. Just press Command + E.
It works for me

I'm also having this issue with Illustrator and InDesign on my 2017 MacBook Pro. Agree with the rest of the voices on this thread - this is an essential issue that needs fixing asap. Every designer I know works on a Mac, and we need Adobe and Apple to play nice so we can do our jobs.

This bug is driving me crazy. It makes working on anything in Illustrator almost impossible. I turned off GPU acceleration but of course my performance took a big hit which sucks..
