Libraries Panel broken
Although the Libraries panel is open, I cannot select another library, it's stuck on the same one. When I pull up the menu to choose another and click on it, nothing changes. Been like this for a few weeks now.
I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 25.4.1 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.
You can update to the latest release using Creative Cloud desktop App: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html
Thank you for all the feedback. Keep it coming!

Still experiencing Libraries freezing and becoming unresponsive even after recent updates. Issue actually seems worse than ever...
I'm running version 25.2.3 under Catalina 10.15.7 - MacBook Pro 16" with two external displays.
Use this regularly and therefore is really disruptivetive to workflow.

Still happening in 2.5.23 - do you guys actually TEST that you've fixed a bug before you declare it fixed?

I'm still encountering a frozen Library on 25.2.3. Restarting app resolves for a moment but freezes again after <1 hour.

Still Freezes... Still can't select anything. Doesn't work when I close out and go back in either.

I've updated mine to 25.2.3, and the bug is still there.

Log collector upload said it failed twice (AdobeLogs_20210505_080721_960-mac.zxp and AdobeLogs_20210505_151016_434-mac.zxp), but I did send the runConfig file.

" please do launch AI twice, post 4th May and let us know if that works for you or not."
I have launched AI over and over again perhaps 20 times now. The panel worked on two of those occasions; on the majority it remained blank. It seems random (at least I can't see a pattern). Just occasionally it works, but then again and again under the same conditions it does not.
I have shared my runConfig file.

If you see the same problem in 25.2.3, could you please collect logs via Log Collector:
https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.htmlAnd post here the Logs ID, so we can take a look.
Thanks!

This happens to me to EVERY DAY and it's maddening. I can never consistently use this basic feature that I have relied on in the past, but now for some reason just bugs out all the time. What went wrong here?

Driving me NUTS! Any plans to make this "beta" fix an actual release? All pixelated, "zoomed in" and useless. Every. Single. Day.

Having this problem all the time in Illustrator - only way to fix is to close and reopen Illustrator for it only to happen again or still remain unusable. Really disruptive to workflow.

I'm having this issue also...its extremely frustrating Adobe...our workflow is reliant on libraries. Without this functionality our team is severely impaired...PLEASE SORT ASAP.

I have been dealing with this for months, and it greatly impairs my workflow. It has become a major interruption throughout my day and is a great embarrassment when working with my creative team and clients during Zoom calls. I should not have to restart my software because I can't switch between libraries. I also use multiple monitors because my company requires us to use MacBook Pros for versatility.

This is also an issue for me. If it is because an external monitor is connected Adobe should fix this immediately most graphic designers use an external monitor.

I have the same problem, forcing me to restart adobe programs in order to get it to work

Hi everyone,
Thanks a lot for reporting this issue and helping us to investigate.
This problem is set to a higher priority and we are trying our best to deliver the fix as soon as possible.
This is something that can't fixed independently on CCLibraries side, but requires applications updates. We will keep this thread updated!This is not ideal, but you can try the workarounds to get unblocked while the fix is on its way:
- unplug external monitor;
- downgrade the application version to the previous;
- set your machine not to go sleep.Apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience!
