Fonts do not drop down

Font drop down no longer works. They did yesterday, but not today. Reinstalled to no avail. Drop down works in all other apps.

    I am facing the same error. Fonts do not drop down and hence cannot select or change the font.

    Thank you Anish, but that was not the issue. The latest upgrade in windows 10 caused the problem. Some coordination is needed before I can upgrade. I set the upgrade back one version and Font drop down worked again.
