Links panel shows wrong colour space
In a CMYK document the Links panel shows RGB images as CMYK. In the example image a PNG, which can never be CMYK, is incorrectly reported as being CMYK.
This is in a CMYK Illustrator file. In an RGB file the image is correctly reported as being RGB. Placed CMYK images are correctly reported as CMYK.

I personally met files that just had their extensions wrong (but I see yours one is a screenshot, which makes the theory less plausible).
