System compatibility report
Windows 10
Adobe Illustrator 25.2
While launching Adobe Illustrator, a window appears warning of an unsupported video driver although the exported report (txt-file) does not show any problem. All drivers are up-to-date.
I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 25.2.3 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.
You can update to the latest release using Creative Cloud desktop App: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html
Thank you for all the feedback. Keep it coming!

@Sanjay, thank you for your reply. Despite my GPU not being in Adobe's list (and the driver showing that it didn't require an update) - I went directly to the NVIDIA website and found that there was a more up to date driver. Since installing this I'm not getting the error message - I hope others can find this solution.
Thanks

Hi,
If you get an incompatibility in Nvidia driver, please check for an update for your driver at
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
If you get an updated driver which is released within in a year then please update it. If not then NVIDIA has discontinued releasing updates to your driver which is a bit old and either you can update the card or switch off this reporting via preferences.
Edit > preferences > General > Show system compatibility check ...If you are getting the incompatibility because of Intel driver, check for the latest driver at https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/Graphics
If you find that that driver is latest but Illustrator is still showing it as incompatible, then most probably it is an old graphic card. The driver series would not be of the form x.x.100.x
You can continue to use your old card as you have been using earlier. Suppress the check via preferences as mentioned above. But it is recommended to work on a later graphics card.
Sanjay.

Same issue with NVIDIA GeForce GTX - Not in list of drivers to update.
Can bypass the error message but haven't had a chance to see if it still crashes
Recently bought laptop to upgrade from last one with performance issues so am very worried by this! -

Same here with Intel HD Graphics 4600 and the latest driver.
I can ignore it, but also have frequent Illustrator crashes. -

Hi @caveman38,
Were you able to work properly with the older driver and clicking the continue... button? Can you please share the system compatibility report exported file?
Also if the older driver was working correctly, Can you please try going back to the old driver and suppressing the System compatibility report via the preferences I shared earlier.
Sanjay.

After upgrading to 25.2, I have a system compatibility report saying "Unsupported Video Driver"
I have Intel Iris Pro 5200 graphics, which according to the published Illustrator system requirements is a "supported " graphics card.
I have been onto the Intel website and I have the latest driver installed.
Unfortunately Illustrator now crashes at least 4 times daily.... -

Hi,
If you want to continue working with the current driver and don't want to see this message, you can turn off the via preferences.

I have just today done a bunch of Adobe CC updates and now Illustrator 25.2 if giving an incompatibility error relating to my graphics card.
Although my graphics card is getting a little old it is still very capable (and was extremely high spec when new) it runs CAD software all day long so this message is very annoying.
I have the latest NVIDIA drivers installed, any thoughts of a resolution?

Hello,
As per the attached report, the video Driver is intel(R) HD Graphics 630 v.23.20.16.4974, and all drivers before version 6285 have some issues while working properly with Illustrator.
But if you still don't want to see this dialog, you can turn off the System Compatibility Report from the preferences.
