Contextual Task Bar cannot be turned off
When you hide the Contextual Task Bar in Illustrator 28.4 it will always reappear after relaunching Illustrator. Even after resetting the preferences.

We have fixed this issue with 28.4.1 updated. Please update your Adobe Illustrator to this version.

I do not like that every time I open a new document or start up illustrator, that contextual task bar is on. I find it constantly gets in the way of my usual workflow, and I know my controls well enough that it is just not of any use to me. I think it's fine for users who want to use it and for those who are new to the program, but really it's very annoying to have to turn it off for each new open document.

I installed the 28.4 update today. Since then, the context bar appears again, although I have deactivated it.
When I open a new document, the check mark under Window > "Contextual task bar" is active again. -
I caught it several times just getting turned on while Ai is running I feel like!

I want to keep my CTB disabled.
I uncheck the menu option.
I relaunch Beta.
CTB gets enabled on its own.
