Consistant crashing when trying access swatches through color picker window

Recolour tool does not load custom colour palettes (AI 27.3)
I have restarted my machine already multiple times, but when I try to use the recolour tool, the added colour palettes I created do not load on the right hand side

color doesn't reflect to the object except black and heavy color in all color modes
the colors pnale is going very weired it only color the dark colors only and when trying to change to lighter colorit wondnt respond.
pleas note this error ocured in any color mode. and the color slider interact differently than mouse cursor.

Illustrator Apple Silicon Bug (Eyedropper issue)
It is a weird bug that appear on "some file" which trasfered between M chip & Intel chip.
(It caused lots bug when a file transferred between these 2 chips)You can see when I pick a color, it gives me a wrong color (red) which was never used in this file!
The only way to figured out is ... pick more times ! D:

Colour Change when pasting object from one document to another
I have an object with colour #D96581. If I copy this object from an RGB document and paste it into a new RGB document, the HEX colour changes.

PROBLEM Mixing and changing swatches colours in the file...
We are currently designing on about 250 designs witch we have in the same file as different art boards. In the swatches panel we have created two different groups of colours (each group has 8 swatches). We design in each art board (for example Art 1) with one of the group colours (lets name it A). When we finish colouring Art1 we copy the design in the next art board Art2 and now we colour it using the other group (lets name it B). Color UI won't stop auto filling in shapes with a last used color
I don't know if this is a bug or not, but ever since updating to Illustrator 27.2, the color picker in the color UI (after holding shift + click) won't stop auto filling in selected shapes with the last applied color used to fill in a previous shape. This is very frustrating and significantly bogging down workflows.
Running on MacOS Monterey version 12.0.1 using Illustrator version 27.2

Color Mismatch when copy/pasting within Ai
In 27.2, copy/paste, while staying in Ai gives a color profile mismatch warning.
This is weird and should never happen. It also asks to Merge color swatches.

Loading an external swatch library file freezes the app every time.
Loading a external swatch library freeze the app every time. Loading swatches from a file does not.
The freeze replicated by different swatch library files. Both my swatch library files .ase and files are offline. My frozen work file is in Creative Cloud.(meta feedback: This feedback system is slow and inefficient. I just wanna leave my bug report and leave. Certain colors generate #000000 HEX values in Color Picker dialog
Bug in 2023 (v 27.1.1) Illustrator. Certain colors, when examined with the Color Picker, shows HSB rightness of 0, RGB all 0, and Hex code of #000000. See GIF.
This is a pretty severe bug with other downstream consequence. Dragging these "broken" colors into swatches, for example, generates pattern swatches instead of process color swatches.

- expected: always have valid HSB/RGB/hex returned. Bug: some colors give incorrect values.

Color changes when document is closed
I am working on several documents with a specific color, and when I close the AI file, the color switches to a different HEX code.
This issue has no pattern that I can understand, since it does not happen with all documents. It is even more odd because if I choose the color I want with the eyedropper, it remains correct, but if I write the HEX code, it does not. Besides, the color profile doesn't change when this happens, at least that I'm aware of.

Can't recolour a shape or object
I can't seem to recolour shapes or objects in the latest version of Illustrator. Normally, I would be able to insert a hex code, press enter and it'll be done.
However, now, I have to insert the hex code and click on one of the other boxes for the colour to load before pressing enter. In this case, sometimes the wrong colour appears and I'd have to adjust the RGB/CMYK/HSB numbers to get the right colour. This happened when I was trying to insert a thistle colour and ended up with beige.
Even worse, I sometimes enter the hex code…

Colors in newly created files get neon-like saturated
I have created some new files while being connected to a projector (NEC).
When opening the same files later without being connected to the projector, the colors are extremely saturated.File saved without an embedded color profile as I always do.

Color slider
Mac. OS 12.6. Illustrator 27.0. MacBook Pro 13 inch, M1 chip + external monitor.
Tried changing color with slider, but the slider hides, doesn't display numbers.

Illustrator changes color values when pasting between documents
When I copy and paste vector objects between documents (both in CMYK mode), it often slightly changes color values, unless I hit Cmd+C three or four times before pasting. It also often pastes unformatted text in default Myriad Pro font (workaround is also hitting Cmd+C multiple times (!?)). I work in printing industry, I am very familiar with color modes and stuff, have proper synchronised color settings, but this is really annoying.

Clicking Reset button in Recolor Artwork panel, sets 'Reset' as default button
When using Recolor Artwork to adjust an artwork's colors, I click 'Reset' to return to previous colors. Then I adjust the colors again, and when I'm satisfied with the result, I hit Enter. This should apply the settings to the artwork. But it resets all of the settings, because 'Reset' is highlighted and hitting Enter activates it, instead of the 'OK' button, which is expected to work.

Motifs are eaten on artboard on exit of using pattern tool
Hi please could someone tell me why this happens. When I exit the pattern tool by either clicking cancel or done. The motifs on the artboard are eaten away. Some times half of it or all of it, after exiting pattern tool. Sometimes text on the artboard gets filled with images. Like the text James was filled with the Noah image I have a video to demonstrate what happens but it won’t upload. .

Error al crear patrones
Cuando uno crea patrones a la vez se crean como cuadrados que serparan lo patrones esta se puede ver cuando uno expande el objeto, pero tambien a la vez afecta en el diseño cuando lo llevamos a Photoshop.

Cannot modify Fill and Stroke color of objects
Sometimes when the object is selected (think it is the select tool activated by A) I cannot modify the color of the stroke or fill. The popup menu that I usually use for this does not work.
