Layers Panel Glitch
After upgrading to Mojave OS on a mac the layers panel glitches or flashes each time I click / draw on an art board or area outside an art board.
It also happens when I manipulate the layers panel in any way, toggling visibility, opening or closing layer groups or any other operation.
This flashing is irritating and takes my eye from the work.
Attempted fixes
Resetting preferences
Adjusting GPU performance
Turning of animated zoom
Uninstalling illustrator
Updating everythingIllustrator Version 22.1
MacOs Mojave 10.145 votesIllustrator version 22 is not supported on macOS 10.14 (Mojave).

Clipping masks get released when document is reopened
When I reopen a document with clipping masks the masks are released. It is very frustrating remaking all photos each time I open to make edits.

Cuando coloco algunas imágenes (JPG, JPEG, etc.) Me aparece el mensaje escrito en el título "No se pudo leer el archivo debido a un error". Qué pasa!!, no entiendo? ayuda por favor, necesitó trabajar con las imágenes que no me permite abrir AI.
Lo peor es que no solo me pasa con AI, también con PSD

Illustrator freezes - must close using Task Manager
Illustrator freezes, menus not accessible and/or if they open, it is blank. I can still select items on the artboard, but cannot use anything in menus and tools. Once Illustrator freezes, I cannot close unless I use the Task Manager.

Illustrator CC 2018 Crashes when using Specified Steps (Blend Tool)
I'm having a problem in the 2018 version of Illustrator when using Specified Steps under the Blend Tool. The problem occurs when I click preview in the Blend Options box after selecting Specified Steps. Upon clicking preview a progress box pops up that says "Reading Illustrator File" and basically sits there. When I loose patience and close out, the whole program shuts down. I've never experienced this before in any previous version of illustrator and was hoping someone could help shed some light on the issue. Thanks in advance.

Scroll zoom not working
When I zoom in using alt + scroll down, the canvas jitters; it zooms out then in.

freezing after using brush tool
seems like this program is not going to work, just updated after being away from PC for 3 months (for work). Using brush tool freezes program. can use hot keys to change mouse, also can save. But can not move canvas, zoom in/out or continue painting.
windows 10 64 bit.

CC2018 Illustrator Multiply with CMYK colors and Windows 10 Fall Creators update (solid color)
The latest Windows 10 update (Fall Creators) bugs out the Illustrators Multiply option when in CMYK setting. The Multiply option becomes a solid color instead of transparant and reacting with bottom color. When converting to RGB it works as intended and photoshop for example shows correct multiply in CMYK.
current solution: revert back to older version of windows 10.

Saving issue - the error box pops up...
I was using CC 2017 and went to save my file and a box popped up that said
"This printer driver is not supported by Illustrator"
I clicked okay and it let me go back to working. When I went to save again the same thing popped up. I updated to CC 2018 and when the program opened this same message popped up.
It seems to still let me work in the program, but when I go to save the screen goes black and freezes the program for about 20-30 seconds

Bad precision of the mouse/cursor
I am using Illustrator CC2018 on a MAC OX Sierra.
There is a huge issue with the precision of the cursor. It is super shaky, keeps on appearing/disappearing. It's worst when you hit Alt, cmd, or space. I can't see the tools I am using, for example, the cursor is always black, even if I am using the white cursor ( "A" tool).
This is really annoying, even more when I try to work with my Intuos pen and tablet... It is simply impossible.

Smart Guides not working in Illustrator CC 2018 even after I turn on snap to pixel
Smart Guides had not worked for me in a long time now. I update illustrator regulary and have snap to pixel turned off.
I have been using illustrator for over 13 years so I know all the tricks and methods and this drives me nuts.
In Sketchapp for example I select the object, hold the alt key and it will show me all the margins and distances around the selected object. That is a time saver.

Illustrator CC (2018) will run out of memory and/or crash
Will sip every mb of your memory and won't let me zoom in after that, changes to CPU preview and will tell that there's no memory left and crash.
Happened to me several times in one day alone and with only 2 files open (light vector only). Scrubby Zoom - GPU View greyed out
I'm unable to toggle GPU Preview.
This is a new concern since I was able to toggle it on/off a few weeks ago.

Fix Illustrator freezing and crashing
I'm using Illustrator CC 2013.5. Illustrator freezes and ultimately crashes about 7 minutes after opening the program. Have to close the program using Task Manager. Uninstall/reinstall did not fix it.

Illustrator CC - Lags constantly every attempt to do something in my layers
I have been using Illustrator since macOS Sierra and it was decent in regards to performance not perfect though. Now since MacOS High Sierra Illustrator just destroys my workflow, I waste so much time waiting for the pin wheel to go away just so that when I attempt to move the cursor to interact with a layer is comes right back and i'm waiting again. . . and then at time it will crash (this is good I make backups)
I would find it hard to believe that a relatively new MacBook Pro should have no problems handling an 600mb…
