I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 23.0.6 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

Illustrator 23.0.2
iMac 27" late 2015; secondary iMac 27" non-RetinaThis happens every single time I click on any panel on my secondary monitor. Created a new workspace and no improvement.
Am so weary of spending 15%-85% of my day troubleshooting Adobe applications.

I work in picas. For as many versions of Illustrator as I can remember, it has been impossible to move an object -0p9 from the zero point in a document. If you type -0p9 into the measurement box, it moves the object to +0p9. WHY? In order to get (industry standard) bleed in an Illustrator document I have to use inches. -.125" works. -0p9 doesn't.

I updated Illustrator (22.0.1) and my OS to 10.13.1 about the same time, and the issue occurs while working on files located on a local Thunderbolt RAID array.

This has been completely broken for at least a decade's worth of Illustrator versions. You cannot even change a tab setting for a single instance of styled text and then redefine the style. WHY isn't this fixed?
