As stated in the article linked below, Pantone’s licensing with Adobe got changed.
Due to this change, customers will need to purchase Pantone Connect licenses to access Pantone colors in Adobe Creative Cloud products.

Alas, this is the world today.

Adobe Illustrator's Multithreading Journey Begins!
Dear Illustrator Community,
I'm thrilled to announce that we've embarked on an exciting journey to bring multithreading capabilities to Adobe Illustrator. This significant undertaking will enhance performance and responsiveness across various aspects of the application.
While this is a complex process that will take some time to fully implement, I wanted to share our progress so far.
Our Approach
We've strategically begun by focusing on the most computationally intensive operations—those that typically take more time and block the main thread, resulting in slower response times while you work. By moving these operations to separate threads, we aim to significantly improve your overall experience with Illustrator.
It's important to note that you may see more noticeable impact in some areas than others initially. However, we want to assure you that this is just the beginning, and we will continue this journey to bring improvements across…

Starting from the February 2024 release, version 28.3, this option is no longer enabled by default for new documents. If you had hyphenation enabled in an existing document, Ai will respect this.

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedWe need this yesterday. It blows my mind that this is not a current key command.
• In preferences we should be able to set the weight increment we would like to adjust by (pt, px, %, mm. etc.)
• We should then have the ability to use a keyboard command to increase and decrease the stroke weight of any selected object, by the increment set in preferences. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedYes! This is exactly what I came to post. Snapping to objects on the other side of the document window is ridiculous. How about an option to constrain snapping to object on the artboard itself?
Could we also get preference options for smartguides that allow us to control what type of snapping we want to utilize? I.e., checkboxes for "Snap to Edges" and "Snap to Center Points"
C'mon Adobe, maybe you could put some AI programmers onto this task?
