Sorry to hear that you are facing this issue. We are not able to reproduce this issue at our end and need your help.
1. Is it happening in all files or only complex files? Would it be possible for you to share the file in which you are facing this issue?
2. Can you please share the video of the problem?

Hi Everyone,
Thanks for this feedback. This has been avialble since June 2020 release (version 24.2). Now, when you’ll select a single object/group, Align To setting will default to Align To Artboard.

Hi Everyone,
All the effect checkboxes have now been set to ON by default, and are sticky (meaning that if you disable preview, on next launch of Illustrator preview will remain disabled). This functionality now is available in our latest release build – 24.1.1 for Win and 24.1 for Mac which is available worldwide now.

Here we go, the first Beta version with the Dimension tool. Still very basic, but more features are to come. Please try the Beta 27.7 (available in the Beta section in your Creative Cloud Desktop application), test the tool and give the team your feedback here in comments. and refer to roadmap to see what will be added later.

if there is a artwork with many points in clipping mask, mouse still snaps to anchor points of that artwork outside of the clipping mask. If i don't see that artwork outside of clipping mask, why snaps...

It is not as straightforward as it may sound :) We have been working to take advantage of threads and other hardware such as GPU/Video RAM in places where it can make a higher impact. We are prioritizing areas that are slow instead of making a generic change and destabilizing the product. Product stability is the top priority for us and we have been consistently trying to improve it. We want to move with caution and make changes without compromising on the quality. Hope this helps.

There are many unimportant fixing on this forum which adobe already handled but no one still doesn't touch
to this issue... WHY!!!!! This is a very important problem with the workflow. Why Adobe doesn't want to pay attention, I don't understand.
