  1. Nommage des plans de travail

    Dans le menu Objet/Plan de travail, avoir la possibilité d'ajouter les dimensions du plan de travail sélectionné ou de tous les plans de travail.
    L'ajout se ferait à la fin du nom ou dans des colonnes additionnelles (Largeur et Hauteur) avec la possibilité d'intégrer ces dimensions dans le nom du fichier exporté. Prévoir une syntaxe compatible avec le nomage des fichier et suffisamment différentiante pour pouvoir les mettre à jour par le biais des expression régulières (Suppression puis ajout des dimensions actualisées).

  2. Paramétrage des traits de coupe

    Avoir la possibilité de régler les traits de coupe sur 3 paramètres :
    - La distance du plan de travail
    - la longueur des traits de coupe
    - la graisse des traits de coupe.
    Aujourd'hui, ils occupent une taille de 2cm soit une augmentation de la largeur et de la longueur de 4cm. Pour de l'impression grand format sur adhésif, cela fin par faire une surface non négligeable.
    Idem pour des impositions sur des documents A4 ou^l'on perd facilement une occurence en largeur et en hauteur.
    Au cas où les traits de coupes seraient normé pour l'imprimerie, il est toujours…

  3. Save Default Swatches from Swatches Palette

    This is a struggle ever since. In the latest release, when creating an RGB document, I get tons of CMYK Swatches in the swatches palette. Why?

    Please make it easy to save Default Swatches for each color mode, preferably from within the Swatches Palette.

    Please don't suggest saving a Template, since that does not work due to privilege settings.

  5. Make the option 'Select and unlock objects on canvas' available for default!!

    I love when this option was available in some version of Illustrator but magically disappear in one update, I thought that you discard this option, but if I wasn't here I never realize that I have to enable manually this option on the Preferences panel.

    I was angry because it was available on InDesign but not in Illustrator, fortunately I research a little and found the response to one request like mine in this section.

  6. Wrong German translation of item in the Select menu

    Select > Object > Area Type Objects is translated as
    Auswahl > Objekt > Flächentextoptionen
    should be
    Auswahl > Objekt > Flächentextobjekte

  7. Global Edit does not respect locked objects

    When launching global edit an error messages appears warning that there are more than 1000 objects in the document. There are only 800 objects unlocked.

    Locking objects used to work in order to work around the limit.

  9. Fix Heavy Shaded PDF Import Error

    Illustrator is reporting an issue while importing heavy shaded PDF files from CAD Software ArchiCAD. Error Message in Attached File. The PDF which triggers the error is also attached.

  10. Pencil and Pen Tool Request

    I've been using Adobe products over 30 years and saw tool stay the same over time. The way I see Illustrator it should mimic how an Illustrator uses a pencil and pen.

    The title it's self demands changes to give us a more natural feel using the tools. The Pen and Pencil tool we can use as a major tool used.

    Like using the Pencil Tool there could be variations as we are drawing with Pen pressure that varies kinda like tapers and thick lines based on how we apply a calligraphy path, It opens and closes.

  11. "Notes" text field on the "Swatch Options" dialogue

    It would be a huge help to have a "notes" text field on the "Swatch Options" dialogue so we could include notes and other meta data about a given swatch to convey to other designers or collaborators.

  13. Edit multiple identical objects real-time

    Hello!
    Would be cool to have a feature where for example when editing 2 identical objects, you can convert one object into main object and other into "mirrored" one through layer system/window and then mirrored one will show same changes real-time whenever I'm editing the main one. Afterwards when turning off the feature, all the "mirrored" ones turn into seperate objects (as if rasterized).
    This would be a game changer when I'm editing text that is turned into object and I want same edits to be applied to all other identical letters.

  15. We need separate snap options for Artboards vs Objects

    Currently, 'Snap to Pixel' affects both the artboards and objects on them.

    However, there are some issues with this:

    • Artboards can snap to .5 pixels. It's VITAL to snap artboards to pixel as the 'Export for Screens' will add extra unwanted pixels otherwise.

    • Objects can snap to the whole pixel, not the half pixel.

    • While snap to pixel for artboards is vital for certain features not to break, pixel snapping for objects is not.

    The solution? There should be an Artboard snapping option, separate to the one that affects all objects.

  18. export non-printing layers so they are visible in a PDF

    I believe this used to not be a problem, but now when I have a layer set to not print, it is not visible in a PDF. I have to toggle the layer on in Acrobat in order to see it, but this does not work for my needs.

    I want to make non-printing layers automatically visible when saving as a PDF.

  19. Atomic Design workflow between Illustrator, Figma/XD and Dreamweaver.

    Create a workflow between Illustrator, Figma/Adobe XD and Dreamweaver to easily implement Atomic Design systems. In Illustrator, the user should be able to create atoms, molecules, organisms, templates, and pages of a design system that can be opened in Figma/Adobe XD and Dreamweaver too, to speed up prototyping and development.

    This workflow should create CSS, classes etc from the Illustrator file on. The changes in Illustrator or Figma/XD should propagate to Illustrator and Dreamweaver.

  20. Add an optional alert sound

    I would like to have an option to enable an alert sound whenever I nudge or move an object in Illustrator. This would help me avoid accidental movements that can ruin my design or cause alignment issues. Sometimes I don’t notice that I have moved an object slightly when I click on it, and it can be very frustrating and time-consuming to fix it later.
