1. missing "incorporate image" function in the Links panel menu

   Mac os 10.13.6 illustrator CC2018
   I don't have the possibility to incorporate images in the links meny panel, the function/option is not even featured, it is missing…
   I checked online to see if this function had been moved elsewhere but apparently it should be there, so I guess I'm encountering a bug… and I need to incorporate the images…

2. Constrain switch (chain link icon) appears as disabled when actually enabled

   The constrain switch for w/h in the Transform panel is broken. When the panel is open, the option seems inactive (chain with line through), but is active. Has to be clicked twice to be really inactive.

3. Double click on color picker in ver 23.0.6-Mac always clashes Illustrator.

   Select text box or object => double click 'color picker' => freeze. Need to force quit every time.
   MacOS= 10.12.6 Sierra.

4. Touch gestures stop working after using pen

   When I start Illustrator the finger gestures (two finger pinch etc.) work fine. After touching the screen with stylus, gestures stop working until restart. AI 23.0.6/Windows 10 1903/stylus AES on Lenovo Yoga

5. Adobe Sketch inaccurate. No Product against which to report

   Please See forum post entitled “Adobe sketch accuracy questioned”

   On iPad Air, iOS 12.4, Sketch 4.7.1 drawing occurs displaced from centre of stylus, toward to of device.

   Gave up using Sketch in Sep 2017 as this was a show stopper for me. I don’t understand how anybody can use it like this. It is such a fundamental issue that I cannot believe it has not been addressed. Others in the forum post discussion agreed it was a bug and the question seems to have been answered - it is a bug.

   Came back to look at Sketch again 2 years later - still the same.

   I would love some explanation from Adobe as to how they can just ignore this

6. Show Character Alternates

   "Show Character Alternates" checkbox under the Type preference pane is not clickable. While trying to disable the annoying Glyph popup window I discovered that I cannot change this preference setting. I was able to change the setting by manually directly editing Illustrators preference file manually which reflects the change when relaunching the program, however it can not be changed through the UI.

   MacOS Sierra 10.12.8
   Illustrator 23.0.4

7. Why did you add a stroke to the Layer Thumbnail of empty layers?

   In previous versions of Illustrator, if you deleted all the content of a layer or sublayer, you could immediately see that it was empty because its thumbnail in the Layers palette lost its stroke. Now all layer thumbnails have a border regardless. This was a very useful feature, and I can't imagine why it would deliberately be removed. Can you please add it back?

8. When Starting a new work or opening a pre-made work, a bug appears

   I can access all the tools and tabs, but I can't see them and it crashes, I already checked my requirements and their all good, so anybody have an idea of whats happening?

   Ouch! this looks ugly. Please get in touch with us at any of the other support channels – https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html . Since this is not a generic issue that we can reproduce at our end, we will need someone to look into your machine to figure out what is going on here.

9. Crash in windows 10 64-bit when using trackpad to scroll in layers panel

   I've crashed twice today, both times while scrolling the layers panel down using the track pad. Two fingers on the track pad and start scrolling and crash. All changes to open files get lost as there is no recovery files to open. It is a hard crash, no bug report screen pops up, the app just aborts.

10. Shape dimensions in toolbar and transform pallet do not match

    As the title says. The shape dimension in my toolbar and transform pallet do not match.

    2. Restarted the PC and software
    3. Measurements should match

11. Wrong description label in layer window

    Hello,
    the description of the label from the screenshot is wrong on Mac Version, STRG + (CTRL + in english versions) is false, that's the the label for the Windows version. Correct is: Befehl + (cmd + in english version)

12. A number of my panels will not open - e.g.: when I click to expand the character panel, all I get below is a black box.

    Many of my panels still open as they should. However, I'm having this problem with the info, character, paragraph, properties, stroke and align panels. Any help on what could fix it would be greatly appreciated? I've searched on the adobe support community and google and no one else seems to be having this problem. Thanks!

13. レイヤーパネルでオブジェクトの非表示と表示が切り替えられない

    クリックして非表示と表示を切り替えようとするのですが、一瞬切り替わったようにパネルは反応しますがその表示がすぐもとに戻ってしまいます。結果操作しても切り替えができません。
    特定のオブジェクトだけこの現象が起きます。同じAIファイル内の別のオブジェクトは普通に切り替えられるものもあります。

14. 4K Display Proportion or scaling distortion

    I'm having the following problem which has been noted as a bug by Adobe support:
    When creating a square image or artboard on a 4K monitor (mine's a Samsung U28-E590) the rendered image or artboard (and anything else really) is made longer in the X/horizontal dimension. So a 130 x 130mm block measures 130 x 135mm when measured with a physical ruler at 1:1 scale.

    By simply moving the entire application window over to the Macbook side the proportions are displayed correctly and the X and Y sides are identical. This issue arrises regardless of starting up Ai on the Macbook Pro monitor side, or the 4K display side.

    The issue persists with HDMI and DisplayPort, at MacOS's "Default for Display" setting and the "Scaled" settings. I'v ensured it's not a on-screen setting either that could be causing this problem.
    With higher than 1080 displays like 4K and 5K becoming preferred screen sizes this should be looked into please. Unless I'm doing something wrong and support does not know how to resolve this, I see no other way than to report it as a bug.

16. Numeric Entry into Control bar measurements sometimes trigger move dialogue instead of behaving correctly

    macOS Mojave 10.14.4

    Illustrator 23.0.4 and also previous versions

    On the control bar I type a numeric entry in the object's width field, expecting to enter the width in the field on hitting enter.

    Instead the Move dialogue opens on hitting enter. (this result also intermittently happens with other numeric fields in the control bar).

18. Buggy lines from tool windows

    When I expand some tool windows to the work area the drop shadow from the window remains when the window is closed. This shadow is persistent when I close Illustrator and it is seen over all programs and desktop. It even persists when I restart explorer.

    The only pattern I seem to find is that it only appears with the toolwindows popping up from the "More options" buttons.

    Is it possible this is problem with Illustrator itself of should I search elsewhere for a solution? I have never had this problem before with any other software after year and years of running this set-up. It has only, and still only, appeared when using illustrator.

    Illustrator Version: 23.0.3

    OPERATING SYSTEM:
    Windows 10 Home (Version 10.0.17134)
    Systemachitecture: x64
    RAM: 16303 MB

    GPU:
    AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series

20. tools & palette windows keep blipping in and out

    Every other click, all of my palettes that I have open will blip off, then I have to click somewhere on the document to get them to blip back up again. Every. Other. Click! How can anyone draw with this going on?

    Coworkers and I all working on same IMacs with most recent OS Mojave and just updated to 23.0.4 this morning and its still happening. Please fix it.

    Far and away, I have been using Illustrator since 2.0, seriously, and it just gets less and less reliable with every update. Very disappointing.
