  1. Offset path small values results in skewed lines

    Offset path small values (in my example it's 0.02 mm) results in skewed lines, compared to original text it's applied to.

  3. The Operation Cannot be Completed due to an Unknown Error (CANT) 3D effect

    I am encountering an issue anytime I attempt to edit the Bevel and Extrude effect on my design. It keeps providing me with a vague error "The Operation Cannot Be Completed Due to an Unknown Error (CANT)" and it will not apply the effect or allow edits.

  4. Outer Glow producing odd glowing corners around objects

    When applying an outer glow, I get rectangular glowing corners around the objects with applied effects. Deleting a reapplying using a different setting solves the issue about 50% of the time. Something that has only happened since the last AI update.

    Windows 10 Pro - Pack - 120.2212.31.0
    Illustrator - 25.0.1

  5. Crash after trying to delete crop marks fx

    Whenever I try to delete the crop marks effect on a document Illustrator just crashes. At first I thought it was because the document was made on a previews version of AI but it's also happening with new documents whenever I apply crop marks fx and then try to delete those crop marks later.
    I'm using latest version of Illustrator updated about 3 days ago.

  7. update 24.2.3 so glitchy - pasting and moving deletes blur and brushes

    On iMac Mojave 10.14.6 the Ilustrator Update 24.2.3 is very glitchy. When pasting and moving artwork it deletes Gaussian blur and brushes from pasted artwork so then I have to redo all the work again by selecting and clicking on the appearance. ( see pics 1 and 2) Also when reflecting an object it defaults to an angle and not flipped as normal. Please fix, thanks.

  8. ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR (VERY SLOW) 1 -1.5 MB on FILE OPEN

    -Macintosh HD- 3.6 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i3- MEMORY 8 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

    GRADIENT RENDERING AND ANY FORM OF EFFECTS ON A VERY BASIC TEMPLATE IS MASSIVELY SLOWING DOWN.... illustrator USING 100% of CPU POWER.

  9. 3D Revolve Clipping

    3D Revolve is clipping the front faces. I can get the faces to appear when the object is in a different rotation, when it object is parallel with the view. I've tried this with both a normal path and a compound path.

    I think the plane the 3D object is being rendered to is too far forward.

    2021バージョンでもドロップシャドウの効果がグレースケール化するとベタに変換されてしまう。一括グレースケール化が必要な時　オブジェクトが変わってしまうので　困る.....

  11. CC 2020 gradient tool not updating result live, only when releasing the mouse button (like in CC 2018)

    In CC 2019, when using the gradient tool to apply or modify a gradient, the result of using the tool was live updated as you applied/moved it. Now in CC 2020, the tool has reverted back to how it was in CC 2018, meaning you have to let go of the mouse button to see the result. Seeing the result live saves time for me and makes it easier to get a satisfying result quicker.

    I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 24.0.2 which is available worldwide now.

    Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

  12. Ofset path bug in 24.1 version - horrible metric precision...

    Problem with dimensions after using offset path. Just look - if you have square 100 x 100 mm, and want to make -4 mm offset path - new square is not 92 x 92mm, but... 92.0001 x 92.0001. This is nightmare. See attached. Adobe, I hope this bug will be fixed?

  13. Minus Front Pathfinder

    I'm trying to block out this outlined text from this green rectangle, however, it is producing a very weird and seemingly glitchy result. Here are my steps:

    1) Select both shapes (The white shape appears to have a thicker selection outline? Not sure why that is..)

    2) Choose Pathfinder > Minus Front.

    3) The final result view cuts off the top of the 'M' and 'R', but the anchor points show a normal effect.

    Any thoughts?

  14. Transform effect vanished from Appearance Panel. Multiple times

    After using Distort & Transform/Transform from the Appearance Panel, I noticed that this effect was missing from the list of effects that I'd used. As you can see in the attached image, Transform is not in the list. The long shadow on this text is created using that effect and it is still live, but there's no way to edit it since it is not showing up in the Appearance Panel. I started over and created it once more and once again, it wasn't in the panel. I tried a 3rd time and it worked as expected.

  15. Excluding fill and stroke settings when applying a graphic style

    Intention: I want to have a graphic style for applying shadows (using the material UI shadow requirements)

    Because it does not seem to be possible to just copy and paste and existing effect of an element (like a drop shadow on a square element) I am using a workaround.

    I created a graphic style with my desired shadow. I noticed that when applying the graphic style to element, it overwrites its color and stroke values.

    I thought the setting "override character color" would prevent that from happening, but it doesn't. Every time I'm applying a graphic style it replaces the…

  16. Spot color gaussian blur does not print out when printing separations to film

    This must be a bug because it worked in previous versions. Spot color gaussian blur does not print out when doing separations.

  17. Editing text with warp doesn't update

    Editing text that has a Warp effect applied does not update on screen or even in a saved PDF until the warp effect is turned off then on again in the Appearance panel. See the attachments where I have changed the bolded word 'egg' to a roman type weight. In the second warped screenshot it is still bold. This bug has only started since the very latest general release of Illustrator: v24.1. Occurs in MacOS 10.15.3 and in MacOS 10.14.6

  18. Pathfinder Incorrect Work

    Hi!
    I have a problem with Pathfinder in new Illustrator version 24 (2020) (macOS 10.15.1). Please look at the image attached. Pathfinder doesn't cut a compound shape out of a path or another compound shape. It merges the two instead.
    It worked fine in the previous version of Illustrator.

  19. Blur effect not working in the second opened svg document

    When I open two or more svg files containing blur effect, Illustrator applies blur only in the first opened document.

    This bug has been detected on Windows 10 using Illustrator version 24.1.1.

  20. 3D Extrude & Bevel Mapping Symbol

    When I try to map a vector artwork using the 3D Extrude & Bevel Options on the "Map Art" windows shows that the artwork is mapped correctly on the face of shape however the final result stays with the black color of the outline, this does not happen when I do a flat graphic like a JPEG or PNG.

    This issue has been happening with multiple versions of illustrator.
