  1. M1 mac - green button dropped down

    When change window to maximum size with M1 mac (version 11.6). Red and Yellow buttons is gone, and Green button is dropped down.

  5. libraries panel appearing zoomed in and not working

    Libraries Panel appearing very large and not functional. Possinly to do with plugging M1 Macbook Pro into external monitor?

    Dragging panel to Macbook screen appears smaller although still not functional.

  6. Saving under macOS with cmd-S and cmd-D results in an error

    I save my AI document under macOS 10.15.7 with the key combination cmd-S and immediately also press cmd-D so that the document lands on the desktop.

    Since Illustrator 25.4.1, this results in an error message. I have to wait a while after pressing cmd-S before I can press cmd-D. Only then does it work.

  7. Missing feature in the French version - UI scaling

    L'option UI scaling dans Edition > Preferences > Interface utilisateur n'est pas dispo dans la version française. Mes collègues qui ont comme moi la version 25.4.1 en anglais ont cette option. Je n'arrive pas à installer la version en anglais, le changement de langue dans creative Cloud n'est pas pris en compte. J'aimerais disposer de cette option.

  8. Auswahl-Darstellungsproblem – Auswahl praktisch unsichtbar

    Illustrator 25.4.1 / Mac OS 10.14.6
    Aktive Griffe werden weiß dargestellt statt in der Farbe der jeweiligen Ebene.
    Wird ein Pfadsegment bewegt, erscheint dieses beim Bewegen auch weiß statt farbig.
    Auswahl praktisch nicht sichtbar, Arbeiten so kaum möglich.
    Aktive Griffe sollten gefüllt + in der Farbe der jeweiligen Ebene erscheinen, wie gewohnt. Auch die Vorschau einer Pfadkontur oder eines mit der Maus gezogenen Auswahlrechtecks.

    When opening illustrator for the first time the recently worked files are not shown on the home page.

  12. Layers Won't Expand or Collapse, Locking and Hiding Layers Struggle to Work 25.4.1

    I've been having an issue with my layers panel. The layers won't expand or collapse as the title suggests. Every time I click the arrow to either expand or collapse a layer/group nothing happens. It struggles to view/hide layers when the eye icon is pushed, same with locking layers.

    I'm on version 25.4.1 on Windows, no plugins, no tablet.

    Things I've done to try and remedy this:
    -Restarted program
    -Restarted Computer
    -Tried to clear preferences (several times alt+Ctrl+shift on startup)
    -Attempted to go manually into clear preferences at "<OSDisk>\Users<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator <version number> Settings\en_US*\x64\Adobe Illustrator Prefs" I got to ...roaming\adobe\adobe illustrator,…

  13. Artboards and Smart guide heads up displays do not show data, just gray boxes

    none of my dartboards have their numbers Iartboard 1, dartboard 2, etc.) nor does the heads up measurement box of the smart guides show any data, it is just a gray box. The attached file only shows the lack of numbering of the artboards, not the smart guide heads up display

  14. キーボードショートカットの設定が機能しない

    キーボードショートカットの内、変形ー移動コマンドのショートカット Shift+Ctrl+Mキーが機能しない。ショートカットの設定ではこのように設定されている。他のショートカットは正しく機能しているようだ。

  16. Illustrator Mac - Windowed Mode window traffic lights not working as per UI spec.

    The Alt Key is supposed to present options to move the window between different screens and to resize, zoom, go half-screen wide etc. Illustrator 2021 Mac does not do this.

  17. error when using two screens.

    Adobe Illustrator v.25.3.1

    Since the last update when i open the software (using two screens) the execution boxes (properties, tools, layers) are separated into screens.

    I don't know if this is a version error, but as this has never happened to me I need help.

  19. レイヤー名が入力しづらい

    Mac mini (M1, 2020)
    Bigsur11.4
    Illustrator25.3.1

    日本語の変換周りの問題かと思うのですが、レイヤー名が入力しづらいです。Photoshopでは問題がないので、Illustrator固有の問題か、私の環境がIllustrator上でのみおかしいのかと思います。

    レイヤー名を変更しようとする時、
    １・バックスペースで消去しようとすると文字が確定してしまう
    ２・Tagキーで変換候補を選択しようとすると文字が確定してしまう

    伝わるかどうか不安ですが、動画を添付します。
    ずっと困っているので解決したいです。

    日本語の macOS のシステム環境設定＞キーボード＞入力ソースの「推測候補表示」が有効時に表示される変換候補ポップアップリストは、「Tabキーで予測された単語を選択」できる仕様です。

    しかし、Illustrator の場合、 Tabキーでは変換候補リスト項目の移動はされずに、パネルやダイアログ UI 上の次の項目に移動され、変換されていない文字が確定入力されしまうことを確認いたしました。

    追跡調査を行っております。

  20. Copy and Paste

    Observation
    • If a User copies text from Illustrator and attempts to paste that data (such as a very detailed and random artboard range) into the Range field of a Export dialogue box they will be unable to paste that information

    Results
    • User is forced to paste the text into a Browser address bar (for example) and copy it again for the paste function in the Range field to work

    Expected Results
    • A User could copy and paste easily within any dialogue box from any source
