Expanding stroke on small objects seem to omit points in result
A very small ellipse, after its stroke is expanded, looses its lower inner point and the curviness changes visually. Please see the test file and the animation attached.

Align Stroke isn't allowing me to place stroke on outside or inside of line on certain items.. Both options are greyed out.
Since latest update, Align Stroke isn't allowing me to place stroke on outside or inside of the line on certain items. I'm noticing this on both text and vector objects with "holes".

File preview is corrupted, when bottom layer is hidden
All Round Join/Round Cap strokes are incorrectly shown as Miter Join/Butt Cap in preview on MacOS when file is saved with bottom-most layer hidden. Contents or name of bottom layer do not change behavior.

Stroke alignment out of bounds
When drawing objects on top of each other stroke points tend to go out of bounds and are not aligned with other objects in line. I don't know if this is bug or my settings messed but its annoying and would like to get it fixed or solution.

The top layer has an additional BLACK stroke applied that’s why the WHITE stroke on the artwork is not displayed. Please select Layer 1 from Layers panel and then from Appearance panel remove the Stroke.
Hope it helps.
