Illustrator not working after Oct 2018 update (version 23.0)
Since the Oct 2018 update, I cannot open or use the program. I see this screen (see attached). Also, I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the issue, but since the update a folder has appeared on my desktop named 'GPUCache' with 5 files inside (photo attached)

Same issue. There is a work around that will fix the problem temp but we need an actual fix. If you float in window you can see your document. If you try tile, your doc disappears. This just started happening yesterday when I updated to CC 2019.

When I open a tool command dialogue box – such as 'rotate' object – the numerical input is not initially highlighted – I have to 'tab' through the options 5 times until I can input numerically how many degrees I want to rotate an object. Previously, this was not the case, the numerical input was highlighted, enabling you to immediately input desired number. This seems to be the case with all tool command dialogue boxes.

My OS is Windows 10.
I did provide a screenshot of the contents of the GPUCache folder. Do you need me to upload the files?I also tried the solution which Nitish Agarwal suggested.
I could not find any processes in task manager named CCX.
I deleted the data folder from CCX Welcome.
Then I deleted the Adobe Illustrator 23 folder. This has not resolved the issue.

I'm on a Mac. I killed the CCX process. When I then switched do Illustrator (which was open at the time), it crashed. When I restarted it, the welcome window worked.

I just updated to Illustrator CC 2019 but the application Welcome Screen doesn't load properly and doesn't allow me to create a new document. I use a MacBook Pro mid 2014 running MacOs Mojave
