W-Hの数値がリンクアイコンがアクティブなのにリンクしない

再現手順
1. Illustratorを起動して、新規ドキュメントを開き、アートボード上に矩形を描く。
2. コントロールバーのWをクリックしてパネルを展開する。
3. Wの欄に数値を入力し、タブキーでHに移る。
4. リンクアイコンがアクティブになっているにも関わらずWとHの数値がリンクしない。親元のコントロールバーでは正常にリンクしている。
期待する結果
リンクアイコンの表示どおりWとHの値がリンクする。
実際の結果
片方の入力にもう一方が追随しない。
代替の手順。
数字を入力する前にアクティブになっているリンクアイコンをクリックしてオフにし、再度クリックしてリンクをアクティブにする。
起動後１度だけこの手順を行うと以降は正常に動作する。

Step to reproduce
1. Launch Illustrator, open a new document, and draw a rectangle on the artboard.
2. Click W on the Control Bar to expand the transform panel.
3. Enter a value in the W field and press Tab to move to H.
4. Despite the link icon being active, the W and H values do not link. They link correctly in the parent Control Bar.
Expected Result
W and H values link as indicated by the link icon.
Actual Result
Changing one value does not update the other.
Alternative Procedure.
Before entering numbers, click the active link icon to turn it off, then click it again to reactivate the link.
Performing this step once after launch will ensure normal operation thereafter.

理解しました。手順に沿ってWの値を入力、tabでフィールドを移動したときは正常動作に見えますが、Hで何もせずenterキーで変形を確定した瞬間に異常が現れますね。

When Illustrator closes, the status of the link icon in the dropdown panel is saved as a setting. However, regardless of how the link icon appears when Illustrator is restarted, it seems to be treated as OFF in the panel.

EgolはWIndowsで再現できないと言っていますが、自分も手元のMac環境で再現までに要領を得ません。
Illustrator 29.8.5, 30.2.1, macOS 14.8.3 で検証しています。始める前に環境設定をリセットしています。
手順2の際、縦横比を固定（リンク）のボタンは初期状態ではoffになっています。
これをコントロールパネル上、または W をクリックして出現した変形パネル、どちらでonにした場合でも手順4の結果は得られず、縦横比は正常に保持されました。手順の中で、何か大事な要素が抜けているのでしょうか？

Does anyone else have it on Windows? can it be a Mac-only problem?
