2. Keyboard shortcuts not saving. Unable to change certain keyboard shortcuts.

   Latest updates are not storing keyboard shortcuts or reverting back to default with no way to resolve.

   I changed the CPU/GPU preview shortcut (cmd+E) to something else and set cmd+E to be a shortcut for Expand. It doesn't update in the menu and reverts back after restarting Illustrator. I've tried reinstalling, reseting preferences and deleting my custom keyboard shortcuts and resetting them with no success at keeping the shortcuts as I've set them.

   I should be able to overwrite or change keyboard shortcuts, especially those that aren't used as often and I don't personally see the need to have a keyboard shortcut for previewing on CPU/GPU.

   OS – Big Sur 11.2.3
   Adobe AI - v25.2.3

3. Clicking an object force drags it wherever my mouse goes

   Anytime I click on an object in Illustrator 25.2 it "sticks" to my cursor. If i'm using my mouse (a Logitech MX Master), it sticks for about 1 second, and drops the object wherever my cursor is positioned. If I use my Macbook's trackpad, it stays stuck until I click again.

   This has made Illustrator completely unusable in every way, and I rely on it for my career. I have no idea what to do, please help me!

4. Unable to highlight values in Properties panel > Transform

   I am unable to hightlight any values with the mouse cursor that are contained in the textbox fields within the Properties Panel > Transform e.g. Width or Height.

   Using latest version of Windows 10 and Illustrator 2021 (Desktop).

5. Cannot close window, save dialog endless loop

   I cannot close the current document window without an endless loop of "saved changes to document" (even though its currently saved). This is using the X in the corner to close window. If I say yes, save it, it remains open and won't close, even when I hit X again, endlessly (it just goes back to asking me if I want to save)

6. Can't highlight document name or sizes to change...

   When I create a new document, I cannot highlight the name or sizes with my mouse anymore. I have to click and delete manually before inputting new information.

7. Blinking Cursor absent in Artboard panel

   Operating system: Mac OS 10.14.6
   Illustrator version: 24.2.3

   Hi, When typing inside the Artboards panel to name artboards the blinking cursor appears to be missing.

8. Window auto scrolling

   When opening Illustrator the file auto moves to the right at a slow pace. When hitting Shift it jumps - it only stay still if the mouse is off the application. The art won't stay steady on screen.

10. Workspace show problem

    Workspace panels & Tool panel continually disappear when I change the workspace from type to another and the only way to show them is to Quit the program this is toooooo Bad

11. Using tool shortcut adds icon to all toolbars

    I want to have customized toolbars that only show the tools I've specified. However, when I select a tool via a shortcut, e.g V for Selection Tool, that icon is then added to my custom toolbars. Very frustrating and distracting.

12. Scrolling or zooming causes round Corner Widgets to get deselected

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. draw a rectangle
    2. Use the mouse to select ONE of the corners' radius handle (the bullseye handle inside the corner)
    3. Move the mouse wheel to pan (or zoom) a small distance.
    4. The bug happens here! The corner radius handle is no longer selected, and dragging the handle now affects all four corners. This is no good if you want to have only one corner radiused. I only noticed this recently so I think it's a newly introduced problem.

    Panning or zooming should NOT affect the selections that the user has made.

13. Unable to change language

    Windows 10, CC2020.

    I am unable to change the Installation language of Illustrator. No matter what I do it always installs itself as English (International). I am trying to change it to Norwegian to record a tutorial. This often happens, but with CC apps it is **** to efficiently try to change app languages. Fiddling with obscure settings files, renaming folders, reinstalling applications, or sometimes being forced to reinstall every single CC app and do a complete cleaning of the system.

    IT SHOULD BE A SIMPLE LANGUAGE DROP-DOWN IN PREFERENCES. /rant

    What I have attempted:

    1. I created a new Windows User Account.
    2. Change OS language to Norwegian. This seems to change the language of the CC desktop app.
    3. Uninstall Illustrator, and remove preferences. Verify that application folder is gone.
    4. Uninstall the CC dekstop app.
    5. Reinstall the CC dekstop app.
    6. In the CC desktop app, set the default app language to Norwegian.
    7. Reinstall Ai.

    Result: Illustrator installs with english language, not norwegian.

    I tried uninstalling the dekstop app and Ai both normally, and using the CC cleaner app.

    I notice the in the CC desktop app that the description of the app is in english, but for some other apps it's in Norwegian. There must be a hidden setting/file somewhere locking it to English. Where can I find this and delete the **** thing? I have now spent two hours trying to change my language. This should not happen.

15. Lock/unlock guides shortcut not working

16. Toggling outline view should not modify file

    When toggling Preview/Outline mode, the current file behaves as though a modification was made, even though nothing appears in the Undo history.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open an existing AI file
    2. Go to "View" menu
    3. Select "Outline" (or "Preview", if the file was saved whilst in Outline view)
    4. Go to "Undo" menu
    5. Notice there's nothing to undo

    This is only a nitpick, but it's been gnawing at me for a while.

17. UI bug occurring daily

    Everyday after the most recent update I've been getting the bug where the user interface glitches as seen in the photo. The print dialog box also show completely blank until the mouse hovers over the buttons then only the button show up and the rest of the dialog box stays white.

18. Image Trace panel greys out on existing traced object

    CC2019 v23.0.6

    After tracing an object, the Image Trace panel is greyed out. The only way to 'activate' the options is to switch views in the Control Bar a couple of times. It's arbitrary and annoying.

19. AI doesn't warn about matching hotkeys for commands and actions

    Actions can only be bound to F-keys.
    Keyboard shortcuts can be match to almost anything, including F-keys.
    When user tries to register new keyboard shortcut that already exists, AI warns them about conflict.
    But when user creates new shortcut for F-combination, already taken by action, AI says nothing.
    For example, if one of my actions uses Ctrl+Shift+F2, and then I want to assign same Ctrl+Shift+F2 for 'Change case' command, AI won't notify me. Action will run, but not a command then. If I uses Ctrl+Alt+Shift+F2 for that (or any) command, it still won't run, but action will do.

20. Pop up window for gradient comes up and stops all work

    turn off the new pop up window for new features - popped up in the middle of work and I literally could not continue :( I had to quit

    in illustrator: - this help item popped up in the middle of work and I literally could not continue ... :( - the help item was on the gradient feature - which I obv. activated

    suggest that you have some user experince folks test new features like this before rollout - mabye demo it / poll (small pilot) to see what people think
