Indeed, currently Illustrator allows to export only some formats with lower resolution (4 PPI minimum), using Export As dialog — PNGs, JPEGs, WebPs...
Meanwhile, TIFF, TGA, PSD is capped to 72. These are not available in Export Assets / for Screens dialog.
Save for Web (Legacy) does not have a way to assign a resolution at all (since the value has no meaning for screens, as is left blank — it gets treated as 72 PPI by most viewers).

Latest Beta Build 29.1.0.79 now allows to add gradient and pattern swatches into color groups. Simple as that. I am personally amazed it just works.
Please try it yourself in the latest Beta and see if it works for you as well. My congratulations, everybody. Vote more!

An error occurred while saving the comment Anthony Esau commentedRegarding my previous comment, the Transform panel shows the options for live shapes as desired. It is a little confusing since these options are labeled "Rectangle Properties", "Ellipse Properties", et cetera and that is why I expected them in the Properties panel rather than the Transform panel, but having them visible by default is better functionality even if the panel name is a bit of a mismatch.
An error occurred while saving the comment Anthony Esau commentedBesides the type work described above, when working with live shapes it would also be much better to have the ability to edit their options readily available in the properties panel rather than have to click the ellipses to see "more options". The user should be able to choose to show them by default rather than have them hidden.

Background:
- CC libraries does not have support for Global Process Colors
- Some users have spoken about InDesign – InDesign does not support Global Process colors
- Illustrator does support process colors , global process colors and spot colors. The issue is specefic to global process colors – since it is not supported in CC Libraries. We have added the request to support in CC libraries backlog,
Workaround:
- Create Process colors in Illustrator and add it to CC libraries – deselect the global checkbox

Adobe Illustrator's Multithreading Journey Begins!
Dear Illustrator Community,
I'm thrilled to announce that we've embarked on an exciting journey to bring multithreading capabilities to Adobe Illustrator. This significant undertaking will enhance performance and responsiveness across various aspects of the application.
While this is a complex process that will take some time to fully implement, I wanted to share our progress so far.
Our Approach
We've strategically begun by focusing on the most computationally intensive operations—those that typically take more time and block the main thread, resulting in slower response times while you work. By moving these operations to separate threads, we aim to significantly improve your overall experience with Illustrator.
It's important to note that you may see more noticeable impact in some areas than others initially. However, we want to assure you that this is just the beginning, and we will continue this journey to bring improvements across…

Adobe. Make It an Experience. An error occurred while saving the comment Anthony Esau commentedSame problem for me still exists in CC 22.1. When changing the font style of text that already has a paragraph style, the selected text changes to 12pt no matter what size it was previously.

The issue seems to be file corruption, our support should be able to recover some of the information when you contact them. A file normally corrupts when the disk is not available during file wrote or when Illustrator crashes. We also do not support network drives which is prone to file corruption when writing large files.
Please get in touch with us at any of the other support channels – https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html . Since this is not a generic issue that we can reproduce at our end, we will need someone to look into your machine to figure out what is going on here.Warm Regards,

I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 25.1 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.
You can update to the latest release using Creative Cloud desktop App: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html
Thank you for all the feedback. Keep it coming!

Currently, Export for Screens and Asset Export both have a minimum limitation of 36 ppi for raster export. Getting around it by setting a height or width for the export is not a viable option when multiple assets should be exported with consistent ppi. Adobe, please allow exporting of custom resolutions lower than 36 ppi.
