59 votesThe issue is believed to be fixed in the latest Beta build and is expected to be pushed into the Global Availability build at the end of July.
To ensure this indeed fixes the problem, please install the latest Beta build from CCD app and try to reproduce it, following the steps provided by Ton in a comment within the report.
Please reply back if Beta works for you or not.

After step 3, I get an alert when I try to edit text on the path with the character tool. "This text was created in another version of ....."
After translating that object slightly, etc., the disappearance does not occur.検証の追加

As stated at https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-discussions/color-difference-between-cpu-gpu-previews/m-p/13322063, this issue is a Mac-only problem for Ventura on Silicon chips.
A workaround for now is to use CPU preview or run the app using Rosetta or open as Intel or roll back to Monterey.

I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 27.0.0 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

An error occurred while saving the comment To perform steps 4 and 5, the user must make some changes to the document.
Therefore, I suggest that the user go to Outline View→Preview so that the object is not affected.Japanese.

There was a small error in my verification.
I correct it below.
The text appears to have disappeared, but has been moved far away from the artboard, outside the canvas.
