  1. Freeform gradient becomes uneditable

    Once applied, a freeform gradient is no longer editable. Ex. If I apply to a circle, and click off to work on something else, then come back to the circle, I can't edit it again. The circles don't appear, and I am hitting "Edit Gradient". Maybe Windows bug? When I watch tutorials on this, only need to select object and open freeform gradient tool to be able to edit gradients again.

    Please accept my sincere apology for the inconvenience. Please get in touch with us at any of the other support channels – https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html . Since this is not a generic issue that we can reproduce at our end, we will need someone to look into your machine to figure out what is going on here.

  2. Freeform Gradient line mode misbehaviour

    The new Freeform gradient tool seems to be full of bugs :(

    One such example is when you are working with a line type gradient that has 3 or more points, selecting a certain point, double clicking to change the colour and then selecting the eyedropper will change the point selection to the most recently created point.

  3. linear gradients switching to radial gradients unexpectedly

    Illustrator CC 2019 (both Mac and Win platforms) I teach at the college level. Numerous students have reported that they will create a linear gradient on a shape. When they continue editing other areas and return to that shape, the gradient has changed to radial. The linear gradient shape was not selected and they were not editing a gradient swatch. I cannot replicate this error. Any thoughts?

  5. Radial gradient generates broken CSS

    Illustrator CC 22.1. To reproduce, create a rectangle with fill set to any radial gradient. Name the rectangle, open CSS Properties window. Observe the generated CSS:

    .GradientBox
    {
    background : -moz-radial-gradient(50% 50%, circle farthest-corner, rgba(255, 255, 255, 1) 0%, rgba(0, 0, 0, 1) 100%);
    background : -webkit-radial-gradient(50% 50%, circle farthest-corner, rgba(255, 255, 255, 1) 0%, rgba(0, 0, 0, 1) 100%);
    background : -webkit-gradient(radial,50% 50% ,0 , 50% 50%, 272.12 ,color-stop(0,rgba(255, 255, 255, 1) ),color-stop(1,rgba(0, 0, 0, 1) ));
    background : -o-radial-gradient(50% 50%, circle farthest-corner, rgba(255, 255, 255, 1) 0%, rgba(0, 0, 0, 1) 100%);
    background : -ms-radial-gradient(50% 50%, circle farthest-corner,…
