Spacebar not working as quick Pan / Hand tool

Thanks for the information provided to the Illustrator team.
We are able to reproduce this issue at our end and the engineering team is currently isolating this issue further to get to the root cause.

recently updated Ai, Id and Ps and any quick commands accessible using the spacebar are no longer working.

I've been experiencing this. Also cmd space bar for the zoom tool isn't working at times. I have found that if I put the computer to sleep then wake it up again straight away functionality returns.

Happening today with latest version. Seems to be Spotify or Chrome or DisplayLink interfering?? Also seems to be after mac has been sleeping.

Simply locking and unlocking my Mac seems to solve it (even if temporarily).

As of 7/21/20, with the new update, the space bar to access the quick hand tool is not working in either Illustrator or InDesign. Haven't tried Photoshop yet.

Quit Google Chrome. All will come back to life.
I don't know why this happens or what the fix is. I am using the latest version of mac OS and adobe.
