Error loading plugins. TorqExtension.aip
I get two errors when I first open up Illustrator. This is the second one I receive. It appears every time I open Illustrator CC 2018. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Illustrator from Creative Cloud, but it still appears on startup. I'm on a Windows 7 64-bit machine as well.

Error solved when I uninstalled Google Drive File Stream.

This problem came when i installed Google Drive Sync (atleast for me) If i uninstall it then all works again

Same problem here, there's any fix?
Windows 7 64bit, tried to reinstall and clean with AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.
Problem still persist.

My colleague has the exact same error: The procedure entry point ?getAvailableLocales@Collator@icu_58@@SAPEBVLocale@2@AEAH@z could not be located in the dynamic link library icui18n.dll.
Windows 7 Pro, 32-bit. I do not ********* my machine.

The first error was:
Font Capture: Illustrator.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point ?getAvailableLocales@Collator@icu_58@@SAPEBVLocale@2@AEAH@z could not be located in the dynamic link library icui18n.dll.
