Libraries Panel broken
Although the Libraries panel is open, I cannot select another library, it's stuck on the same one. When I pull up the menu to choose another and click on it, nothing changes. Been like this for a few weeks now.
I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 25.4.1 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.
You can update to the latest release using Creative Cloud desktop App: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html
Thank you for all the feedback. Keep it coming!

Hi,
Thanks for reporting the issue.
We are unable to reproduce this locally.
We would need logs to debug the issue further. You can share the logs via logs collector tool.

I'm having this issue as well. The only fix for me is to close and reopen AI

The libraries panel freezes constantly, not allowing me to scroll down to use the design aspects. I have to save, do a hard close out and restart. Happens every day.

I agree with Adam's comment. I believe this may have to do with using a lower res secondary display with Retina MBP.

In addition to it freezing, it is being shown in a different resolution (zoomed way in or way out) than the rest of the windows. It maybe being affected by running this on a Retina MBP, while connected to a lower res secondary display.

Operating System/Version: MacOs Catalina 10.15.7
Illustrator Version: Illustrator 25.0
After latest update I've been having issues with Libraries window in Illustrator. After laptop is on after going to sleep with Illustrator open, Libraries window in Illustrator is not usable, can't navigate between libraries or click on items in library like it's frozen. Have to restart the app in order for it to work. Just today my laptop has not yet went to sleep but libraries in Illustrator is malfunctioning. It is adding items that are not the ones I'm selecting and the hover feature is not working either where you view the name of the item as you hover over it. I also can not navigate to other libraries. -

I just started having this same issue after the most recent update, very large icons in library and can't select or scroll, or can't change library. I have to quit/restart Illustrator to get my libraries to work again. Restarted Illustrator 3 times today so far.
Mac laptop Catalina 10.15.7

When I open the libraries panel, I can either see all my assets but can't click on any of them or use them, can't scroll, and can't change the library, OR the panel loads assets at a large preview scale and is un-navigable. I have experienced this in Photoshop as well. Using newest version of each

This is a bug; I was able to successfully change libraries by *right clicking* to open the drop-down, and left-clicking to select another library. Hope this helps.

Hi Hitesh,
Yes, I am correctly signed in on both AI and CC apps. I have generated the logs zip file as directed, but I believe it has to be sent directly as an email attachment as I can't attach it here? Can you send me an email address I can forward the logs to?
Thank you,
Steve
