Now that we're running a test version, will Creative Cloud automatically update to the production version when it comes out officially?

I am also having this problem. I’ve recently purchased Adobe Illustrator a day ago and whenever I do a stroke with my Hp pavilion X360 pen, it crashes 5 seconds later. The mouse is completely fine, but once I use the pen it immediately shuts down.

Please fix this, I would hate to have to get a refund.

Hi I am having the same issue although mine seems to crash when I double press with my surface pen. Using surface pro 6.

I am having the same issue. Using a brand new Dell xps 2 in 1 9365 and the Dell active stylus pen that I purchased with the laptop. I had Dell software support working on my computer for 5 hours, it’s not an issue with my system. Very frustrating!

Happening on the surface book 2 with dedicated gpu, hard to believe it's the laptop but I'm considering returning it all as there's no point in the cost of hardware and software if not functional

We are having the same issue with our HP Spectre x360 pen. Anywhere from immediately to 20-30 minutes into using the pen that came with the laptop, Illustrator crashes without an error message. We've gone through several layers of technical support and they can't figure it out. They say it's the bug cataloged here and it needs to be fixed. This is an expensive piece of software and using a pen/stylus is essential for artists.

I upgraded my computer purely to ensure the software would run smoothly and efficiently & all it has increased is my frustration! Illustrator constantly crashing when using the Lenovo Pen (Included with the laptop) and crashing after about 30 mins of working on the program without the pen.. extremely frustrating. Also, the effects gallery does not support my screen resolution and makes the pop up too small to use.. (i know..separate issue) And I was soo excited to start using illustrator on my new comp.. it's shattered my dreams :(

I got the same issue but with the HP Spectre x360 , as soon as I start drawing with my pen on the screen, illustrator crashes. Please do something about it!

My surface pen is doing the same, I have reported the crashes but adobe doesn’t seem to do anything considering the cost of the surface pro and the pen plus the monthly subscription costs.
