Trim Transparent Pixels on PNG Export BROKEN in 24.3
Exporting PNG used to trim out transparent pixels but in Version 24.3 that feature is broken. Exporting PNG results in a file with the dimensions of the object or group INCLUDING transparent pixels.
I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 25.2 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.
You can update to the latest release using Creative Cloud desktop App: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html
Thank you for all the feedback. Keep it coming!

Awesome! So glad to be able to advance to latest version of Ai and have this critical functionality (for me) back in business.

Ankit, really? I first reported this issue 10 months ago, and you replied to me 7 months ago. We KNOW you can reproduce this bug. How's progress with fixing it?

Yes, I can confirm this is an issue. I have some automated export scripts that are no longer usable due to this bug. Please correct.
