Fonts Syncing
I just upgraded my computer to the Macbook Pro 2021 M1. I downloaded the latest versions of Adobe and noticed none of my fonts will sync. I've tried posted troubleshooting methods and none have worked (closing and restarting apps, reinstalled apps, multiple computer resets, unsyncing and resyncing manually, etc). Any time I open an Illustrator project with previously used fonts that aren't native to the app, it prompts me to sync but the load wheel just keeps spinning and will never finish.
I'm at a loss. Any ideas?
I am closing the ticket due to lack of response.

Unfortunately we are unable to reproduce this issue in house. Can you help the Illustrator team to isolate this issue further so that we can nail this down?
1)Are you able to Activate Fonts from:

Yes, this cloud font library is a good idea but also a really really annoying thing...
I have almost everyday issues with the syncing from the font I am using in projects. It is shown as missing, I have to go back to the font library, desactivate it, activate it, and pray it will work. Sometimes it works (after a few tries), sometimes it doesnt. Then restarting Illustrator may be a second option but can also be a fail. Log out, log in again, restart computer...
Lot a time wasted. There must be a way to download/use the fonts locally if it doesn't get better soon.
It ain't possible to work with this kinds of bug. Thanks for your attention,

You really need to fix the font syncing - it's been brutal for years and it's still brutal. It should be synced as though the fonts are installed locally. Or offer the option to download fonts from Adobe to have them install if you can't make this work properly. I'm signed in everywhere and the fonts never sync. I have to jump through all the same hoops of going online and logging in and our and then re syncing - it's so disfunctional.

I have to load PDF files from Quickbooks into Ai and the fonts won't snyc. The message when Finding Fonts is I need to Login but I'm already logged in. One is Arial which is the same in both. The other is Times New Roman which is all run together from QB.

My synced fonts don't show up in Illustrator. These are fonts that have been syncs for months. Restarting Illustrator does nothing. Unsyncing and resyncing fonts on Typekit does nothing.
