編集モードでグループ外のテキストオブジェクトにスポイトツールを重ねるとオブジェクトがアウトラインで複製されてしまう
確認したバージョン：
Illustrator 30.1.0
macOS, Windowsどちらも再現を確認できました。
Illustrator29.8.4 では再現しませんでした。
再現手順：
a. テキストオブジェクトを作成
b. もうひとつのテキストオブジェクトを作成
c. 何かパスアイテムを作成
d. b とc をグループ
e. d をダブルクリックしてグループ編集モードに入る
f. スポイトツールに持ち替えて、shiftキーを押しながら a のテキストオブジェクトにマウスカーソルを重ねる
g. a のテキストオブジェクトのアウトライン化されたものが複製されている

Reproduction procedure:
a. Create a text object
b. Create another text object
c. Create something path item
d. make group with "b" and "c"
e. double-click "d" and enter the group editing mode
f. Replace it with a dropper tool and press the shift key while holding down the shift key and superimposing the mouse cursor on the text object of "a".
The outlined text object of a is duplicated.
The desired result :
Nothing happens.

This issue was fixed with Beta Build 30.3.0.104 — please update and see if it solves the behavior for you.
However, the Eyedropper still doesn’t work as expected. Here, a report about Eyedropper + Shift changing text and adding stroke when applied — please upvote it.

■ 発生している不具合
テキストオブジェクトが、意図せずアウトライン化されたパスとして複数複製される現象が発生します。
元のテキストは編集可能のままですが、同位置にアウトライン化されたパスが1つ〜10個以上重なって生成されることがあります。■ 発生条件（再現性の高いもの）
Shiftキーを押しながらスポイトツール（Eyedropper）でカラーのみ取得した際に発生
参照元のオブジェクトが
・グループ化されている
・その中に未アウトライン化のテキストが含まれている
場合に現れやすいようです。複製されるアウトラインパスの数は毎回異なり、
0個のこともあれば、10個以上発生することもあります。■ 補足情報
元テキストはアウトライン化されず編集可能です。
生成されるアウトラインパスは、元テキストと同形状で完全に重なります。
業務で毎日Illustratorを使用しているため、作業効率に大きく影響しています。
海外コミュニティでも Eyedropper 使用時にテキストのパス化が発生する報告が見られ、類似バグの可能性があります。

I've had a similar issue with Illustrator duplicating linked images, even though they were on a locked layer. This occured while I was editing text.
My comment was merged here from another topic. My issue didn't involve the eyedropper tool.

@PRECIOUS PRINTS, can you recall using Eyedropper anytime in your workflow? Do you remember sampling the color of this text at all?
Another possible clue — do you have Save in Background enabled in Preferences > File Handling?

I noticed that in the recent update for Illustrator, my text layer duplicates multiple times and becomes an outline. It's a bit of an inconvenience cause it happened multiple times now.
The highlighted one is the original text file, and the 6 groups above it are the expanded duplicates of the text.

I confirmed reproduction. This is a typical bug that occurs unknowingly during normal operations.
This bug does not occur in version 30.0.0. It occurs in version 30.1.0.

再現を確認しました。通常の操作で気づかずに発生する典型的なバグです。
30.0.0でこのバグは発生しません。30.1.0で発生しています。
