  1. The file saved in eps (cs 2) format in CS 6 can not be opened from CS 2.

  2. Cannot open file with Bridge

    I am using the latest version of Illustrator, CC2017.
    Often, an Illustrator file will not open with Bridge. Bridge is also the latest version. CC2017. Initially, files will open normally.

    No other application has this problem.

  3. High Sierra: "Package" function doesn't work

    Hi everyone. On High Sierra the "Package" function doesn't work properly (Illustrator 21.1.0). The fonts are packed completely, the links sometimes too, but often there are a lot missing links. The document itself is not saved into the packed folder. A message appears, that the packaging couldn't be done.

  4. File preview is corrupted, when bottom layer is hidden

    All Round Join/Round Cap strokes are incorrectly shown as Miter Join/Butt Cap in preview on MacOS when file is saved with bottom-most layer hidden. Contents or name of bottom layer do not change behavior.

  6. Illustrator scales down pasted snagit captures

    Adobe Illustrator CC (2017.1.0.) always scales down pasted snagit captures, which is really annoying. No problems with the same action in PS.

  7. ps import

    ps files do not import correctly into AI. Transparent portions will render as gray. Some portions of the image fail to render at all. For example, this PDF ( from a ps file) will display differently in AI than any PDF viewer with the transparent background as gray.

  8. AI CC for Mac open DWG files, found bug!

    1. AI version: AI CC all versions;
    2. We found a bug when open DWG files by AI CC for MAC; but it is fine when it work by Windows system.

  9. TIFF's generate Color Management Error in MacOS High Sierra.

    When in macOS Sierra I can drag or import any TIFF without any issues or errors. My colors on screen are rich and vibrant and darker.

    When in MacOS High Sierra I do the same thing I get a Color Management Error, and all my colors are faded and lighter.

  10. Illustrator will not open file

    I was working on an illustration and Illustrator locked up, kicked me out and when I went back in it said it could not open my file.

  11. Working file getting corrupted after installation of new graphics card

    Hi, I have installed a graphics card recently on my windows 10 PC and the file which was working fine before enabling GPU features in Adobe Illustrator CC suddenly got corrupted (Error message is attached). I have updated both, Adobe Illustrator CC (ver. 21.1.0) and Graphics card driver and my windows 10 installation is also up to date.

    it is less likely a graphics card will corrupt a file. We will need deeper investigation,
    Please get in touch with us at sharewithai@adobe.com or any of the other support channels.
    Since this is not a generic issue that we can reproduce at our end, we will need someone to look into your machine to figure out what is gooing.

  12. When i save a document as a PDF the first page is empty

    When i save the file as a PDF the first page is empty, the rest of the document is ok but the first page is blanc

  13. Save for web can't save individual art board

    Save for web: I can't export save for web with individual artboard. It's detecting the entire file.
