Low performance after Windows 10 november 2019 update
After updating Windows 10, illustrator becomed very slow both in file opening than commands execution ("application not responding" for minutes each time).
I uninstalled illustrator release 24 and tryed the 23, that performed very well in the past, but the problem persists.2 votes -

Illustrator CC 2019 Crashes on Open / Create
Windows 10, could not open files or create new in Illustrator CC 2019 but CS6 was fine.
Updated Illustrator CC - same issue.
Uninstall / clear prefs / reinstall - same issue.

I hadn't opened Illustrator since then. I uninstalled my printer and voila! Illustrator will open / create files now.

New Update (v 23.1) View pdf after saving error
Now when saving a pdf and the button for "view pdf after saving" is checked, acrobat opens and says "there was an error opeing the file".

Illustrator 23.0.6 MacOS High Sierra slowdown, possible memory leak.
I have noticed over the last several versions that if I leave Illustrator running for more than a few days without quitting (with and without any files open), that my system gets less and less responsive, sometimes to the point where it seems completely locked up other than cursor movement. A quick mouse over the Illustrator Icon in the dock shows that the Application is Not Responding. I have also noticed the same thing happens in Photoshop. I always toggle 2 files with tool match zoom, but it's not working for CC18, but if I start match zoom option & manually select the second file then its possible

Ai quits unexpectedly constantly
working on a new or existing file, Ai unexpectedly quits: on save, quits when i choose "edit link" and quits randomly- no idea why. does not save file at all, as if the file never existed and i need to start from scratch every time, even if i previously saved my work!

Embed images disappears/ becomes damaged after illustrator crash.
It started to happen after I changed to windows 10 and dobe updated the Illustrator version. Prevent this from happening, cause when images are embed I do not have any copies in my computer. They are just there in illustrator and lots of hard work might be lost.

flickering black rectangle
when I move the cursor a black rectangle appears flickering alongside it. Its very confusing and off-putting. this happens with most but not all tools.
Is this something simple that i don't know about or is this something wrong? I have tried closing Illustrator and re-opening but it is still happening. not noticed it before.2 votes -
2019 v23.0.4 running VERY Slow and doesn't function correctly
I am not sure what happened, but in the past week v23 has gone horribly wrong. I am not sure when exactly my computer updated to v23.0.4, but I'm sure that was the start to the problems.
When you first start the application, it seems to work just like it should, but then you give it a minute or load any sort of file, and it slows WAY down.

Slow/Lagging Preview
The preview of the canvas is incredibly laggy/stuttery when moving shapes around the canvas. Makes illustrator almost unusable on my PC, always have to use my MacBook.

Delayed mouse movements when rulers are on
I have just switched from a PC to a Macbook Pro 15.
I never experienced any issues on my PC in the last 2 years of work, but since I started to work on the Macbook I noticed that the my mouse/trackpad movements were being delayed (feeling sluggish) when I had rulers on. I later noticed that this issue is present throughout Photoshop and InDesign as well.I tried community recommended fixes such as turning off dictation and disabling "Scale Cursor Proportionally", and none of it has worked.

Mouse scrolling
Mouse wheel scrolling is almost non-responsive.
Whether I want to scroll up or down, or zoom using the alt key, the mousewheel is almost non-responsive. Only scrolling 1 or 2 frames for every 6-10 mouse wheel scrolls.
Mouse wheel scroll works fine on Photoshop and Indesign. Only Illustrator presenting this issue

Slow Mouse & shaking Cursor on Canvas.
Please remove this bug which is on illustrator since a long time (perhaps 2014/2015 version or before :/ ). It would be time to give a better UX on it because it's really boring.

Rotate stepper in transform panel shifts anchor point
1) Mac OS 10.14.4, Illustrator 23.0.3.
2)
A - Create a blank document.
B - Draw a line or any other shape.
C - Use the Selection Tool to select the shape.
D - In the Properties>Transform panel, rotate the shape.3)
Expected result: Shape rotates around anchor point (or middle).4)
