1. Bounding Box changing sizes from entering it in to viewing it in PROPERTIES

   Hi, when I create a bounding box for a part of a vehicle wrap to be 52" x 98" or any size then view the size in properties it changes the size by minute amounts. Please see attached. Please note we are running on Mac OS Big Sur 11.2.1 and Illustrator 25.2.

2. Problem with Large Illustrator files when copying files to a new document

   Hi,
   We work with physically large files like 200+ inches wide for vehicle wraps, full wall wraps etc. When I break them down with a mask to the size out printer uses. For taking a graphic from 200" file making the mask at 26" and wanting to place it in a new 52" document so I can blow it up to 200% of it's original size. I get the following message and then it changes the size from 26" to 25.1006" which isn't the size I originally started with then I get a message "Artwork exceeds the canvas bounds and will be scaled to fit properly." This is not an option we can have as our files need to be the exact size we spec'd them to be so they fit our vehicle or wall that we are wrapping. We really do need to get this fixed ASAP. This didn't happen with the previous version I was running. Please note we are running on Mac OS Big Sur 11.2.1 and Illustrator 25.2.

3. Opening a v.24 file with v.25.2 illustrator doesn't work properly.

   I have to go ''file'' then ''open'' and after a long period of time (way longer than usual) it opens the files. If I click directly on file icon: it says corrupted file.

4. Unités de mesure

   Bonjour,

   Il y'a un bug dans les unités de mesure.
   Lorsque nous créons un espace de travail de 1000 x 1000 mm celui-ci une fois exporté en Pdf fait 100 x 100 mm. Les unités par défauts sont indiquées en cm plutôt que mm et la conversion n'est as bonne.

5. Erratic Behaviour When Selecting Large Amounts of Outlined Text

   When I select large amounts of outlined copy - 200+ words - all of a sudden my screen display is very erratic (see attached images - these are all shot from the same file it flickers like that until I deselect the copy).

   This has not happened in the past (this is something I have been doing on a regular basis for almost eight years now).

   The text is all outlined. The document size is 38x58 inches. It happens with or without layers (the document has 3 layers and the art is on the bottom layer).

   It does not happen on smaller amounts of copy (I don't know where exactly the breaking point is in terms of character count).

   This is happening on files that I had performed the exact same functions on almost a year ago - literally the same files with minor text updates.

   I am running an iMac:

   Retina 5K, 27-inch late 2015
   macOS - Catalina 10.15.7
   24 Gigs 1867 MHz DDR3 RAM
   AMD Radeon R9 M380 2 GB video

   I have the latest version of Illustrator I believe - 25.1 - there are no upgrades that I see in my account.

   This was not happening earlier in January. Just started this week (I don't do this every day so I can't be much more exact in terms of date, sorry).

   I don't have issues in any other programs, so I don believe it is a hardware fail.

6. Get this resizing issue resolved ASAP please

   I have installed the new AI product via cloud services....I can't resize any documents at all.

   Please raise this very high as I'm sure it's effecting many cloud based users.

   Notification woud be great.

8. Saved selections change names when copy-pasting into a new document

   On Windows 10, using Illustrator 24.0.2.

   When I create saved selections in one document, select all, and copy into a new document, I expect the same saved selections to be in the new document.

   Instead, the saved selection names get mixed up randomly. So saved selection "Back" now might actually select what I had named "Pocket", etc.

   (There is a perhaps related "bug" that when I duplicate an object that was in a saved selection, the new object is also in that saved selection, which is not what I want. But I haven't been able to find enough documentation to determine if that is, in fact, a bug or an intentional feature.)

9. artboards 1600% - 1700% zoom display error

   Dear Adobe, this an annoying feature or bug, which is always pursue me.

   When I select an artboard with double click, which contains an icon (64x64px), always give me a visual error.

   First time automatic switch to 1700% zoom, and mess up the pixels, looks like slips over the grid, arround 0.5 px.

   If I click on it one more, or zoom in and out, the pixels are jump to the right place.

   This is all time made me crazy because all of my icon need to be pixelperfect, always when I try to rename an icon, go to this zoom level and the pixels shown bad, and I need to check is.. .there thousands of icon in my work and, this erro stole my work time... If I say anything about this error to my boss, they will not pay the next year license for this program, is it interesting to you, or not?

   Should you fix this problem???
   I tried to communicate this problem more time, but no answer?

10. Text Objects not appear in other PC with the same fonts installed

    When I open the same saved .ai file in another PC with the same cloud account and Ilustrator, the files do not show the content of text boxes . I'm using windows 10

14. Grosses lenteurs après la mise à jour Creative Cloud

    Bonjour,

    Depuis trois jours j'ai de grandes lenteurs d'affichage et d'exécution.

    Par exemple lorsque je veux rendre un objet invisible dans ma palette de calques, il ne le fait que lorsque je bouge mon plan de travail.

    Idem pour les déplacement d'objets, je ne vois la position finale que lorsque je bouge mon plan de travail.

    La mise à jour des images entre Illustrator et Indesign ne se fait pas non plus.
    Je dois réinsérer l'image sur Indesign afin de voir la mise à jour de l''image.

    J'ignore si c'est un problème de mise à jour Creative Cloud ou bien un problème avec mon ordinateur, je préfère vous le signaler.

    Suis-je la seule à avoir des problèmes ?

16. Illustrator artboard turns white and keeps flashing

    Artwork disappears and everything flashes. Everytime I click cursor its happening. But its only happening on my 2018 Macbook pro. I updated to big sur and Illustrator 2021 in the past week.

    When saving using an existing PDF preset the crop marks offset values have been changed from .25 to .025. And the bleed values have changed from .5 to .05. See screen capture.

19. restoring files is NOT working

    I was working on a project and my computer reset on me automatically. After it was done, I tried going back into Illustrator and my work was gone. I have tried restarting the app and my work has not came back! Please help me restore my work!

20. grey bar or box

    When the pointer hits certain (very many) points, gray bars or boxes appear as in the attached screen capture, making the operation difficult. Please fix it.
