  1. Workspace window falls off the page

    The newest update does not fix the issue I am having with the workspace window falling off the page when I try to drag the bottom right corner to better fit my art/desktop as needed. Does not respond to the position of my mouse, I have to over exaggerate where I want it while I click and drag my mouse.

    Kimberly, the image you attached to the report is not related to it, and shows a screenshot of the UV page instead.

    So if you are still having this problem, please provide a proper screenshot or maybe a video even, if necessary. Either way, please comment back on this.

  2. Arial Bold

    I'm having an issue with Arial Bold not being recognized and the font is some other. I'm on Windows 10 and my AI version is 23.0.1

  3. What video formats can we upload to bug requests?

    I used to be able to upload videos to the bug reports but now no matter what format I seem to choose, I get a note that the format cannot upload. Furthermore, the bug report gets posted anyway without notice so if I try to upload a different format the post is double posted.

    Can you please tell us what types of formats are allowed?

    We receive videos in form of .mov, .mp4 and at times even .mpg.
    This portal allows attachments up to 50 mb and you can use any format for it. Is it possible there is a software or an browser extention that is troubling you. Can you please try this bug form from another browser or computer.

  4. Dragging multiple groups by text anchor deselects other groups.

    See attached video. With multiple groups selected, clicking and dragging by one of the group's text anchor deselects all other groups. Only the group with the selected text gets moved.

  5. Missing workspace when using external monitors

    When I use my external Monitors (Dell, only 3 month old) in combination with my newest generation MacBook Pro Illustrator crashes all the time when the monitors are set into standby-mode. Strange to say this issue only appears when the monitors are in standby-mode for more than 10 Seconds!

    After 10 seconds waking them up illustrator only shows one of my tool-options. No toolbar, oder canvas. At the moment it's really hard for me to work with this issue because i need to restart illustrator all the time to get rid of it.

  7. text change when opening in Illustrator CC 2019

    Illustrator 23.0.1 on Mac OS 10.12.6
    I have issues when I open a document that was created in Illustrator CC2017 in CC 2019. It seems that the text spacing is different, so sometimes some characters are changing to the next line!

  8. Annoying opening screen

    I reinstalled the system. I removed and reinstalled Adobe Illustrator. No solution. I don't understand why the problem is caused.

  9. Vectorise text doesn't work on text mask

    There's a bug in Illustrator (all versions MacOS 10.12.6):
    when there's a non-vectorised text mask in a file and you do select all -> vectorise text, the non-vectorised text mask will not be vectorised.
    Then when you re-open the file on a computer without the active fonts, it won't give you a warning that there's a missing font!
    Only when you click on the mask it will say that there's a font missing.

  10. start up screen flashing black and white

    when i open adobe illustrator the screen flashes black and white continuously and the menus close instantly when i click on them. i can open a new document by pressing ctrl n but cannot click on any of the menus.
    this only happens when i am signed in, which i need. i can sign out by quickly clicking the sign out button in the help menu before it closes again, but this is not ideal.
    this only happens in illustrator CC 2015, not photoshop.

  11. Illustrator 23 PDF-export: everything in caps after update 23.0.1

    Dear Adobe,

    I updated some time ago to Illustrator 23.0.1 in Windows 10. And I run into a problem that drives me crazy. I work for a company, and our corporate font is the "Rotis" series (truetype). We use that for everything of course. The problem: When I export a file from Illustrator to PDF, the PDF is completely build up in capitals and the spacing is totaly incorrect.   12. Type Tool Craziness

    The latest update to Illustrator CC seems to have completely rendered the type tool useless. It's not stable, it has trouble selecting text. It has trouble staying active. Is this a compatibility issue with the touch pad? If need be, I can create a screen recording of all the craziness it's doing.

  14. Type on Circle Path Centers at 45º

    When I type on a circular path, something I've done a million times, it now centers at 45º instead of 90... despite anchor points at the cardinal NESW.

  15. Letter outlines distorting bug

    In type, I noticed that some curve points looked like they had 'kinked'.
    But checking the Glyphs font master and the generated font, all was fine.
    Strange thing is that in Illustrator the actual vector line is correct (no kink, in highlighted blue on the attached image) but the black-filled area DOES have a kink (see the version where I added a magenta outline - the circle indicates a kink).

  17. 2018 Illustrator CC is crazy slow / extreme lag on fast touchbar mac

    AI is extraordinarily slow to do anytlhing, even select tools, or draw or duplicate objects. I have a very fast computer:
    2016 MBP 2.9ghz intel core i7
    16gb ram
    radeon pro 460
    running OS 10.13.6
    I have 60gbb free of space on my SSD.

    I haven't worked in AI for several years, but I'm deeply familiar with PS, and I'm following a tutorial on how to draw a geometric shape. So thats what I'm doing in the project. Very simple stuff.

  20. Bug: Cannot scale a horizontal line via center box handle

    Hi,

    in Ai CC2019 I cannot scale a horizontal line via the center box handle. The only way to it, is to use the direct selection tool (A).
