Smart Guides snaps to document origin
iMac 5K 2019, OS X 10.16
3.6 GHz 8-Core i9
32 GB DDR4Illustrator 25.1
Moving an item or group while working outside of artboard causes snapping effect where group snaps to bottom left corner of artboard instead of moving smoothly from original position. This occurs when Smart Guides are turned on. Turning off Smart Guides seems to return to expected behaviour.

Workspace Panels Disappearing and/or not opening
I have a problem with workspace panels not showing up sometimes, or showing up but won't expand in order to use them after I launch Illustrator. The problem only affects the panels on the right, it never affects the toolbar or control panel.
I have had this problem over many versions of Illustrator, on different operating systems including fresh Adobe and Mac OS installs from scratch (not migrated) However I am currently on Mac OS 10.15.6 using Illustrator 25.1 and now very fed up with the bug.

A4 template out of size from home screen's quick new file
When I click on new A4 file button from the quick actions in the home screen of illustrator, it leads to a new file with a totally out of size template (see screenshots) : 74,083 x 104,775mm instead of 210 x 297mm

Bugs avec Windows 10 Pro
De nombreux bugs d'utilisation des logiciels Adobe avec Windows 10 Pro (In Design / Illustrator et Photoshop).
Création de Nouveau document : les options de nouveau document ne répondent pas (dans l'interface de démarrage du logiciel et dans le logiciel par le menu), même constat dans InDesign.
Merci de trouver des solutions à tous ces bugs présents dans la suite Adobe pour ceux et celles qui comme moi, utilisent Winsdows 10 Pro pour travailler.1 vote -

No tools on illustrator 2021
Im on the last version of illustrator (on the date of 2021-01-20 at 9:47 am EST) and when i launch illustrator and create a project, there is no tools at all, when i change a settings in the window tab, nothing change

Can't select text. I have to drag over it but then I can't move the text box.
When I open a file, I can select a text box one time. Then I have to drag over the text to select it. I can't move the text at all with the selection tool. I have to use my arrow keys.
I've been using Illustrator professionally for 17 years. It gets slower with every update. I don't understand the need for changes when they make it harder to use.

Toolbar not opening up tool menues / other tools on hover or clicking of triangle
Illustrator 25..0.1 on MacBook Pro 2016 running Big Sur 11.1
My toolbar does not allow me to access any of the other tools / submenues to change tools. Neither clicking the little triangle, nor hovering will open up the submenues. I can cycle through the visible tool icons by clicking while holding option, but have to open up submenues through Windw/... to get to tools / change settings. A real bother in my workflow.
I've tried reinstalling Illustrator, no avail. I also can't reset the toolbar - that option is greyed out. No difference if I use the advanced or…

Illustrator 2021 startet nicht vollständig. Kein Gebrauch möglich
Betriebssystem: Windows 10 Home, 64 bit
Nach dem Update der Programme funktioniert Illustrator nicht mehr. Bereits beim Start kommt eine Fehlermeldung über fehlende Plug ins (?) siehe Bild1 und anschließend erscheint eine schwarze Benutzeroberfläche mit Menü-Bar, die aber nicht reagiert. Trotz Deinstallation und Neuinstalltion hat sich das Problem nicht gelöst.

Illustrator ne tient pas compte des unités spécifiées dans les réglages des préférences. Par exemple : lorsque dans les préférences, l'unité est réglée sur Pixel pour Général, Contour et Type ; dans la fenêtre Propriétés l'unité est en mm. Ceci même après relance du programme et réinitialisation des préférences

App Window size enlarges to fill all available Monitor space
Have the window fill 60% of monitor space instead of 100%, so user can select the window size according to needs.

Disappearing Blinking Cursor
This was previously listed as COMPLETED for "Dialog box text selection missing blinking cursor", but the fact is that this issue is STILL occurring.
Can you all please fix this blinking cursor issue? This has been happening for a while now and it still hasn't been fixed. Some people have suggested that resetting the preferences fixes this issue, but resetting the preferences does NOT fix the issue.
It seems to occur when you change the "User Interface" color to either the lightest grey or the 2nd to lightest grey (see attached file).

Libraries content window disappear
When you choose a color from the swatches save in the cloud library with an item selected on the canvas, in order to alter its color, the following bugs happens.
If you do not "deselect" the libraries panel, and use the keystroke " ctrl + ] " or " ctrl + [ " in order to change the layout Z-index of a sub-layer, it makes the libraries items disappears altogether.
The only way to fix it is to close and restart Illustrator.

Eingenschafsfenster Bug
- Windows 10, Illustrator 25.1
- Objekte erstellt
Breite- und Höhenwert funktionieren nicht mehr bei mehrfach Markierung.
Breite ist immer 16383!
Zusätzlich sind einige Wörter nach dem update von v24 auf v25 auf Englisch

Bottom docked panel gets collapsed when toggling Full Screen Mode
Bottom panel (Currently Layers or Artboards) disappears in Full Screen mode. Opening manually from Window > Layers or hotkey (F7) does not work. Will also disappear when a panel directly above is selected. Need to select the panel at top of stack to make the bottommost panel appear.
