  1. Unable to import Adobe Stock files from my library

    Every time I try to import an Adobe Stock file from my library into an Illustrator document I get a red error message that says “Can’t place file”. I am able to import my own files from my library.

  2. Fonts Not Showing Up.

    Certain fonts have disappeared since the last update, and an orange exclamation icon shows up where they used to be. My projects with these fonts are now blank. I tried downloading fonts from the creative cloud app, and they are completely unusable

  8. illustrator type bugs

    I am Korean Ipad illustrator user.
    Recently I exprienced some very important bugs to me.
    Suddenly I am not writing Korean any more.
    I already reset Ipad and this app, but it was useless.
    Pleaese fix this bug to me, and many Korean users.

  9. Document stuck on preview mode? Screen of death V 25.01

    *EDIT: I unstalled 25.01 and installed V 25.0 and this version seems to not be causing this issue.

    i’m stuck on what I assume is preview mode. Except the background is all black. I keep having to revert my document to an earlier version but no matter how many times I open it either in the app on the iPad or on desktop it keeps getting reverted back to this version. See attached photo for reference.

  10. Font activation problem

    Have problem with loading fonts. It happens to few installed fonts and adobe cc fonts. Not whole but quite lots of fonts have this problem. Think it happens after the update to 1.1.

  11. Context menus/ popups close automatically

    iPad Pro 2020
    Illustrator 1.0, illustrator 1.1

    When expanding any tool menu or opening any context menu/ pop up menu for any navigational elements, the pop up menu will open for one second and quickly close. If you can select a nested element/option in that popup before the popup closes in that brief second then good, otherwise the popup closes and you have to try again. This includes all tool menus on the left bar such as color swatches, pencil tool drop down, text tool drop down etc.. and on the top bar menu items such as export, help, settings,…

  13. Freezing and crashing

    Constantly freezing while trying to use various features, such as selecting multiple layers or toggling layer view. This has happened on multiple projects today and yesterday. The app sometimes crashes while this happens, other times I have to force it to close and lose my unsaved work.

  14. Moving Stroke Causes Crash

    Opened file on iPad AI that I was working on last night via desktop AI, I moved one of the strokes and the app crashes. Objects do not cause the crash. I reopened the file and was able to repeat the crash when attempting to move a stroke.

  15. There should be a seamless transition between iPad and mouse functionality

    The mouse lacks functionality on the IPad in contrast to desktop functionality-where it’s more interactive and user friendly. I think the mouse and the Apple Pencil should work interchangeably. Scrolling is a primary issue and right click functionality is secondary. There must be options displayed if using mouse.

  17. Unable to export PNG higher than 72ppi

    "Export As" command will not export PNG files any higher than 72 ppi. Even when I create the document at 300 ppi, it still exports at 72.
    Please fix this!

  18. Gradient

    Gradient tool is difficult to utilize. Instead of allowing me to adjust points on a gradient, it is more likely to add a new one. Then it becomes a trick in itself to delete them.

    I am using the mirror function to create a symmetrical logo. When I save the file there is a line in the seam where I mirrored.

  20. More access to my other image files

    I can’t import a .jpg saved to my files, can’t open and access my photos, either. I installed this for a pattern design class, and I can’t use the sketch I did for it, because the program won’t recognize the file, which I thought was supported.
