Hi,
A similar issue related to Windows Intel HD Graphics Card has been reported. I would suggest you to upgrade its driver. For that kindly visit: https://downloadcenter.intel.com ans instead of choosing the option for automatically update your drivers, type your GPU card name in search bar. If there is any problem in updating , kindly write to sharewithai@adobe.com. Sometimes an error of driver being not compatible can come up. A hack would be to uninstall existing driver and then install the downloaded driver.

69 votesThis issue is probably happening because the artboard dimensions are not appropriate for raster export (i.e. are in decimals).
If you make x and y values as the whole numbers in the transform panel (not in decimal), then the extra pixels will not be added to the exported image.That is the workaround, and it’s reported that it’s not always the case.
At the same time — Ai knows the size of artboards to be exported and yet it does not deliver the set sizes, which is not fair. The team is going to rethink the algorithm.

We have the fix available in the latest release. Please update Illustrator using Adobe Creative Cloud application to the latest build for version Illustrator CC 22.1.

This issue is fixed by Intel in their latest driver update (15.46.02.4729 – released on 11 JUL 2017 ) available at – https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26941/Graphics-Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-46-?product=88358
This update cannot show up driver search, as it might take some time for Microsoft to get it integrated in their Surface Pro driver updates. Microsoft prevents installing driver directly from Intel if you try the installer directly, however latest driver from Intel can be installed with steps listed in section “Update video adapter device drivers” > “Intel (Surface Pro devices)” in below link

Hi Hajo Hund,
I tried with latest driver but on a different gpu card and the issue was not reproducible.
System sometimes do not show any driver update but there is a newer driver for Intel Iris Plus 640 graphics card. Kindly try this driver and let us know if you are still able to reproduce the issue.
