Hi i'm getting trouble every time I try to use brush tool or paint tool or pencil my entire program crushes i don't know what to do. please help

Well i had the same problem, when i clicked the paintbrush tool Illustrator crashed, it turned out to be my graphics card, my laptop has hybrid graphic card(Nvidia-Intel) every time i opened Illustrator Nvidia was automatically chosen as default. What i did was to right click on Illustrator and open it with intel and problem solved. I don't know why but Illustrator doesn't work well with my Nvidia graphic card.

Pencil tool has me like FML all day. Impossible to use Illustrator. My graphics card is a 550M like this guy’s. It seems to be a huge problem on Windows. Updates do not fix!

When I select Brush, the program crashes. Help please. Bring updates as soon as possible. It's embarrassing for Adebe.

This has been happening to me, too. I click the brush tool or the pencil tool and it crashes. I shared my crash information as directed with sharewithai@adobe.com. Please fix this. I am using the trial version and this is not convincing me I should shell out more for it in addition to what I already pay for Photoshop and InDesign.

Whenever clicking the paintbrush or shaper tool or using the shortcut key to any of this two tools Illustrator crashes.
I am able to open the brushes panel and modify any brush, apply a brush preset to a line or shape but when selecting or using the shortcut as mentioned before illustator crashes.

Any solution yet?
