   The latest Beta build 28.7.0.17 now offers live preview for paths drawn with Pencil tool. Please install or update to this version, try it yourself, and share your feedback.

   You can always disable this behavior by toggling Live Feedback option in the Pencil Tool Options dialog.

   The team aims to offer a similar feature for Brush tool, if this one works properly.

    The beta build 28.7.0.55 now has the Expand button directly at the bottom of Image Trace panel.

    Let’s hope it’s the last time we have to ask for it.

    
    

    'Release' button though is not in the panel and still have to be accessed via Object > Image Trace > Release command. If you think the panel needs it, please upvote the this request: http://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657/suggestions/34977040
